Alan has done another good service on our caravan as usual.

Gerald Chapman your service technician was prompt and polite (even when I continuously interrupted his check with questions) and took the time to explain evidence that suggested a potential buyer, was indeed bogus. I was surprised by how thorough the check was, and impressed by the detailed support that was provided by Gerald. This habitation check has instilled much needed confidence for a potential future sale, and I couldn’t recommend you more.

The engineer, David Lewis, arrived on time, and was very polite and helpful. The Hab Check was carried out thoroughly, and he included some helpful advice on an issue that was not part of the Hab Check (electric table intermittent). The Moho was left in a clean and tidy condition. We will definitely use this company next year.

Thorough comprehensive check of my Van’s habitation, gas and water systems. Excellent service. Highly recommended. Very easy to arrange and the service engineer Rob Wood came to me and was friendly and efficient.

1st class service

Tim was very knowledgeable regarding our motorhome and gave me a couple of hints regarding our refrigerator and boiler. I would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends and relatives.

Booking the Habcheck was done via telephone.
Reminder sent a few days before to confirm booking.
On day of service, the inspector turned up on time, was very thorough.
Good to chat to and polite.
So to sum up the experience, efficient and professional.

I've not been out in the van since the hab check. Today I have discovered that I have a leaking bathroom sink which habcheck didn't pick up on. Which is pretty basic stuff. It makes me question how thorough the rest of the inspection was!!

The person that did my Habcheck was very polite and helpful. He explained everything, what he was doing and why and if there was anything that might want looking at in the future. Wonderful service

Habcheck is inspection only, no repairs and no servicing which means if there is something wrong you need to spend more money on having the faults repaired or serviced. The website states 3 to 4 hours to do a thorough inspection so imagine my dismay to find it was completed in an hour at a cost of £269.
A car goes in for an inspection it’s called an MOT it usually takes an hour and if there is a problem it will cost extra to have it rectified, but the inspection costs around £50.
Quite frankly I feel ripped off as I should have found a firm who carry out servicing and repairs. At £269 I cannot recommend this company and will not be using them again, let the buyer beware!

Wayne is so thorough and helpful. I have every confidence in him every time he comes. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. To me he is brilliant. I hope the company appreciate that they have such a skilful engineer.

Easy to book the service. Had a call a few days before the visit to confirm the details. The technician, Alan, messaged in the morning asking if he could come earlier than planned. After confirming he could he was punctual with his arrival and very pleasant all the visit.
