Very short wait time for work to be done. Luke arrived promptly and started work immediately. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. From booking to completion it was a job well done.

The booking process was very straightforward and easy to complete. Communication from the company was very good as the service date approached with regular e mails and telephone calls to verify and confirm that the date and time were still convenient for me and a follow up call after the service to ensure everything went well and I was happy with the service provided.
The engineer (Gary) arrived on time and was very polite, friendly, informative, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. I found the whole process easy and convenient at a competitive price. Will use again

The Habcheck’s was thorough and carried out at my house which makes it really convenient. Both the technicians that have done my checks over the years have been friendly and informative.

Engineer was thorough polite and helpful, tested the electrics and identified poor condition leisure battery and broken mains charger ( now fixed) all good as we were just about to go for 5 days off grid. Proper fault finding and great peace of mind.

Wayne was on time. Very friendly young man, He said it would take three and a half to four hours ... which it did, A very thorough check. He found a couple of minor things needing attention, which were things that previous services had not mentioned, and should have been there from new. Afterwards, he took the time to explain everything he had checked.
