Hade det inte varit för Maria Bernadette Peraic och Lennart Napoleon Zandier, som vart ögonvittnen, så hade jag trott på Dig.

In 2022, I began my whisky investment journey with Hackstons and consistently found their depth of knowledge both impressive and valuable. Recently, we were invited to explore their Knightsbridge shop, where we had the pleasure of meeting our portfolio manager, Sam, along with Alfie, the director. The shop tour was outstanding, showcasing a diverse selection of whiskies we were encouraged to taste. Freddie shared fascinating insights throughout the experience. Overall, our interactions with the company have been exceptional, from owning casks to enjoying the tour, and we anticipate future endeavors with excitement. Choosing Hackstons has been the right decision for us. A special thanks to Sam for his unwavering assistance and professionalism as we continue on this path.

I have invested in cask ownership with Hackstons after being intrigued in alternative investment opportunities . I reached out and was then contacted by Sam .
He provided well informed information and quite the plethora of information , links etc where i could do further due diligence on my own behalf.
After research and a little leap of faith i decided to diversify into this market.

Again, a very pushy sales representative from Hackston called me today.

When I asked the Hackston Representative for data, sources, and a credible market study for the figures he is going to throw at me, he ignored my request and couldn't really answer with anything of substance. All he wants is to talk you into this. This happened to me last time, and today again, my questions were not answered. Again, they want to schedule a video call to show you some charts and to throw a set of numbers at you without providing the proper sources so that I can easily verify them. What's so difficult about answering basic questions and providing sources to the data you show?

He hung up just as I was telling him what information I would need to look at this. Also, he told me he doesn't have the time to provide information and seemed to focus only on his lead qualification criteria. He called from an undisclosed phone number, telling me international calls do not disclose the calling number. This is nonsense, and I think he is lying. The reason his phone number does not show, most likely is that people cannot report and block him.

I find this company and its representatives pushy, short-sighted, unprofessional, and non-transparent. If you invest in something like Whiskey, I expect full transparency, not a black box.

If I don't see any sources in the figures they provide, I'd better stay away from this.

Yinka Adeshina was a pleasure to deal with. No pressure, no hard sell, just clear, honest guidance that made the whole experience feel easy. I’ve bought from Hackstons a few times now, and each time I’ve felt looked after. Yinka’s approach stands out: calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. That kind of service sticks with you.

I started my journey with Hackston's this June and today i'm a happy owner of a few casks that's to the knowledge and professional guidance of Yinka Adeshina. I look forward to seeing my investment mature along the years and to learn more about Whisky.

To make things quite clear - this people know what they are talking about, and i have to admit, they took my hand and guided me through all infos and steps to be a cask owner, which i am now! Actual multiple casks, as there is great value cask there! My personal choice why i chosen HACKSTONS was a guy called YINKA and he took time and effort to answer all my questions and he was going the extra mile and so i think, he was the reason to make my investment there. A person with passion and great to work with (about a year now).

I started my journey with Hackstons almost a year ago, but finally bought my first cask couple of weeks ago. It has been a really smooth and professional process with the acquisition and very transparent and trustworthy. Samuel has been a great ally and has been a tremendous help and open to all my questions. I had the opportunity to meet jim and the store during the weekend and I am speechless about the service and cordiality off all the staff. Best investment decision I have done so far.

I started my journey with Hackstons at the beginning of this year and Samuel has guided me in the best way I could have imagined: Crash courses on whisky, investments and the industry in general, he is patient, very professional, passionate and knowledgeable. The entire onboarding was smooth and enlightening! It remained exactly the same during and after the purchase of my first cask, with Samuel following up every now and then to catch up and touch base on the latest news impacting the industry.
For anyone interested in whisky cask investment, Hackstons is definitely the way to go!

I’ve been with Hackstons for around 18 months now, and throughout this journey, Samuel has been incredibly helpful, patient, and clear in walking me through the Hackstons story, along with the potential and benefits of cask trading. It’s always been evident to me that Hackstons truly know their whisky game.

Recently, I finally had the chance to visit their Knightsbridge store, and I have to say the experience was outstanding. The interior is beautifully designed, with a soothing ambience that immediately sets the right tone. Their collection is second to none and really speaks to their passion and expertise.

During my visit, Guillaume guided me through the whisky and wine tasting. His enthusiasm and depth of knowledge shone through—he didn’t just present the drinks, but also brought alive the history of each distillery, the composition, and the flavours. The way he shared his passion made this the best whisky tasting experience I’ve ever had.

Altogether, Hackstons offers both professionalism and passion in equal measure, and I look forward to visiting again.

I started investing in Whisky with Hackstons in 2022 and always found the extent of the information very knowledgable and useful. We were recently invited for a tour of the Hackstons shop in Knightsbridge where we met our portfolio manager, Sam, and the director, Alfie. We found the tour of the shop was excellent and shown wide range of whiskies which we were invited to sample. The information Freddie provided during this was very interesting. Overall, we have always been treated really well throughout our time with the company and really enjoyed our journey from cask ownership to the tour and look forward to the future. This confirmed to us that we chose the right company with Hackstons. I just want to say a special thank you to Sam who has always been helpful and professional and we look forward to continuing this journey together.

We were treated like part of this wonderful family. Fantastic experience, being guided through the Spirit Library, and sampling some excellent whiskies and gins. Listening to the history of the various products and the details of production; truly an uplifting day. With and enormous range of fine whiskies, gins; wines and tequila to sample a purchase. An excellent platform to build an investment with a highly skilled and knowledgeable team to guide you through the whole process, whether your looking for that special bottle to building a multi barrel investment for the future.
