Great honest customer service
The customer service I have received from Hackstons has been second to none! Samuel was extremely welcoming and engaging as well as being very knowledgeable about the products! Unlike some other sellers, I also felt Samuel and Hackstons as a whole were very honest, never trying to push a sale that didnât suit myself. This was the first experience of buying whisky as an investment. Hackstonâs staff are all very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and made the process of buying very easy. Time will tell if the investment does as well as expected but I was fully informed that investments are not a guarantee of future profits.
