Dr Amy is compassionate and understanding. She made me feel very comfortable and was genuinely interested in understanding all my history and test results to give the best diagnosis and advise on next steps. She spent a considerate amount of time in our appointment which I am grateful for. I have decided to move my treatment over to Dr Amy as she instilled a great level of confidence. Finally the first hair expert that looks through the lens of also a GP and can advise considering other factors ongoing in your health.

I would have given more stars if it were possible! This is how grateful I am to Dr Amy for all her advice. I felt thoroughly held, seen and cared for in ways that went far beyond what I believed was the scope of the consultation. The long-term care horizon, the advice about monitoring adjacent health issues and respect for my body autonomy - it was so thorough an very gratefully received and refreshing. I walked away feeling lighter, with a treatment plan in hand and convinced that all those issues that have caused me anxiety are common and not hopeless. Highly recommended!

Amy was amazing, we talked through my hair loss and overall health in detail. One of the most helpful parts was piecing together all of my health issues and blood tests to review how they all interact - something my GP just doesn't have time or all the knowledge to do. Amy's level of expertise and advise on hair was really evident. Being able to prescribe medicines is a real plus point and I've come away with a solid action plan. I would highly recommend if you are struggling with hair loss.

If I could give Dr. Amy 10 stars I would. One star for every year I spent going to the wrong doctors for my hair loss when all I needed to do was go see Dr. Amy. I saw dermatologists, trichologists, hormone specialists, hematologists, naturopathic doctors - you name it. But often I would get conflicting information (you have androgenic alopecia/you DON'T have androgenic alopecia) to incorrect information (telling me my low ferritin of 52 was completely fine and in normal range when it should be closer to 100) to suggestions that outright made my hair loss WORSE. I had one doctor put me on a high dose of Selenium. Do you know what that does? TRIGGERS HAIR LOSS.

I reached out to Dr. Amy when I was traveling to London from the US. Not only did Dr. Amy stay late on a Friday just to meet with me, she sat for an hour and a half educating me and my husband on my personal condition (Androgenic alopecia AND TE from the Selenium overload) along with how to fix it. She provided several options, each of which were easy to understand - along with the scientific research that supported each of her recommendations - and outlined a clear path forward of what needed to be done to correct each of the pieces that were out of alignment.

I cannot tell you the sigh of relief that this consultation with Dr. Amy provided. After years of being gaslit, brushed off, told I'm fine, "it's just aging", etc, Dr. Amy gave me the full confidence that I can reverse a lot of the issues I'm dealing with. If you're anything like me, you get desperate when you see your hair falling out. You put more things into the regimen, hoping one of them works. You start raking your brain about what you're doing wrong that's causing the massive sheds.

Dr. Amy clears out the noise, outlining exactly what to do so you can stop stressing.

I think it's also important to note that Dr. Amy did not sell me A SINGLE THING. All of the recommendations she made were things she would not make a penny off of. It was simply honest education and guidance. The likes of which I have searched for for over a decade. I've easily spent 20x's the amount visiting doctors that are not educated on PCOS or female hair loss and/or do not see it as a life-threatening illness and therefore dismiss you.

Dr. Amy is not only incredibly knowledgable and generous with her time, but she's kind and understanding. Please, do yourself a favor and go see her. You will not regret it.

Brilliant clinic! Dr Amy is amazing, please don't hesitate seeing her. I had AGA for 10 years now and I saw multiple doctors, but none of them really helped me improve my medication to be able to manage this condition which is always changing. Dr Amy is really easy to talk to and she knows how to personalise treatments based on your needs, without further complications. I can't recommend her enough, hair treatments are long term chronic issues, a huge amount of patience is necessary and a good doctor who knows that it's important to listen and support their patients makes the experience a lot smoother. Dr Amy offers all that and more, I will recommend her to anyone in need of a good dermato!

I had a one-hour consultation with Dr Amy and was extremely impressed by the depth of knowledge, professionalism and care she provided throughout.
