We completely understand wanting the convenience of purchasing the whitening kit directly, and we truly wish that we could offer that! However, due to the regulations around whitening products, these can only be provided through a dentist, as they remain responsible for overseeing your treatment!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us in such a detailed way. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’re very sorry to hear that the treatment did not live up to your expectations and that you experienced such discomfort.

We’re pleased to hear that replacement syringes were arranged for you promptly, however the level of sensitivity and ongoing pain you’ve described is certainly concerning and not something to be overlooked. Tooth sensitivity can sometimes occur during whitening treatments, particularly depending on individual factors such as enamel condition, clenching or grinding of the teeth, or treatment planning, but it should always be manageable, under the guidance of your dentist

In terms of the shade outcome, some patients may take a bit longer to reach the B1 shade due to external reasonings, this is why we are to discuss the case with your dentist to evaluate the best next step, which is why your treatment may have taken longer than most other cases.

As per UK regulations, we’re unfortunately unable to deal with patients directly regarding treatment, however, we are happy to try and help you on this journey. Your dentist is best placed to assess your symptoms and review your treatment plan, with our full support, and we are more than happy to liaise with your dentist directly, should they require any assistance from our side. We completely understand wanting the convenience of ordering the whitening gel for top-ups, and we truly wish we could help with that! Unfortunately, due to regulations around peroxide-based products, it can only be supplied by a dentist or with a valid prescription, so your dentist will definitely be able to assist you in getting some more as and when you need some!
