Great people, great skill and thoroughly happy with the service. And after 3 weeks since hairline transplant no shedding and it's growing!

I never got to the point where I actually got to speak to anyone or ask any questions. Ben contacted me via WhatsApp and asked me to send photos of my hair, which I did. He asked if I was happy to shave my whole head, to which I responded by asking why this is necessary. Some clinics only make you shave the donner area and the top. So I just wanted to understand the science behind the importance of shaving my whole head. Ben booked me a zoom consultation for a Monday at 18.30 and when I tried to log in I couldn't. He had cancelled the meeting and not even had the decency to let me know. He cancelled it because he thought I was unhappy to shave my head. When I told him this was not the case he offered another meeting but said I must have a date ready to book my transplant. I explained that I need to speak to someone, ask questions, know how long I need to take off from work but this sales rep just couldn't get past...'if you don't give me a date I can't book you a transplant.' I now have no faith in them as any sales company surely wants to make a sale and therefore would atleast speak to you. All my communication was via WhatsApp messaging which makes me think this was possibly even a scam. But I don't know, and definitely would not use them.

Happy to have chosen Hair Loss Centre, I'd done a lot of research both in the UK & overseas but ended up choosing to go with Ben as he made the process so simple. The clinic was only a short drive from my home and I was given the doctors direct number for support after the procedure.

I have had a hair transplant with another company and Hair Loss Centre have stolen the photos and put them on their social media (Instagram and Facebook) and passing them off as their own
