Good customer service
I'm happy with customer service that Hairmona provides. Honestly, I didn't think, that my problem can be solved, since at the beginning they told me that unfortunately there was nothing they could do in my situation. But some time later I received an email saying they had found a way to help me and next to it was an instruction to solve my problem. So after all, I can say, that I'm satisfied with the service they provide. It's quick and they always try their best to help their customers.

Not a bad company
Not a bad company really, and, after a few problems in the beginning, and it seeming like I was getting nowhere I received an email from Anne in the escalation department and she is arranging a refund for me. She has been very helpful and hopefully my refund will be in my account very soon.
