Quelques informations sur ma greffe faite en novembre 2023
6200 greffons en 2 jours 3000 vertex 3200 ligne frontale ,aucun détail n'est donné malgré ma demande sur le nombre de cheveux, j'ai cherché le taxi 15 min en arrivant ,le jour du départ je ne savais toujours pas où le retrouver
La clinique est dans l'hôtel mais la chambre est mal insonorisée on entend les gens parler .
Le technicien qui opére ainsi que l'horaire on été changé au dernier moment ,une personne parlant français etait présente juste pour l'anesthésie après c'est 3 femmes et un homme qui plaisantent pendant 6 et 7 h d'opération c'est insupportable. La ligne frontale est faite en 2 min par le docteur go en 2 min sans analyse au microscope il me dit 5000 max et on me préleve 6200 cherchez l'erreur , c'est la,seule fois où je l'ai vu il ne passe ni pendant ni après l'opération,aucun suivi rentrant en France j'ai envoyé gratuitement un ami se faire greffer il devait avoir une remise et il a payé 350 euros de plus pour 4500 greffons c'est honteux on ne m'a même pas remercier pour ce geste ,de retour en France il a fallu relancer 2 fois pour savoir comment prendre les médocs car pas de document donné lors de mon départ , visiblement l'ancien correspondant est parti en espérant que le nouveau fera correctement son boulot ,résultat à 8 mois ligne frontale trop droite ils chargent trop devant par rapport à l'arrière, pour finir la clinique vous demande de faire et de refaire une vidéo pousse en l'air en disant que c'est super ' trajet taxi aller retour dangereux sms en conduisant double par la droite sous la pluie ,voilà j'ai un peu près fait le tour

Voilà c’est fait ! Je n’ai pas encore le résultat qui sera effectif dans quelques mois mais ce que je peux dire : Hairneva est vraiment un endroit incroyable. Timmy c’est occupé de tout, en français, durant chaque étape du processus . La réservation, la suite dans l’hôtel (un vrai studio ) les différentes étapes de la greffe (en 2 jours) . Les équipes en place sont d’un professionalisme incroyable également . Je tiens à signaler que mon expérience avec Hairneva a commencée avec le contact michael qui a quitté le navire depuis. (Il a monté une petite structure et n’a pas été correct en essayant de voler des clients Hairneva en décriant les prestations : vraiment condanable ) . Toujours est il que celui qui doute car ce sont de grands moments de doute , peut faire 100% confiance à Hairneva . Maintenant il ne me reste plus qu’à appliquer les protocoles indiqués ( et les produits ) et d’attendre la repousse , sereinement ! Merci encore Hairneva et Timmy 🙂. Dominique, nord de la France.

I could not recommend HairNeva highly enough. It is an excellent service run by professionals who are on top of their game. They devote their full attention to the customer, cater to all the customers needs, and are always responsive and helpful. The facilities were state of the art and the staff were all friendly, helpful, and professional (special thanks to Timmi and the surgeon). After an earlier bad experience with a different company, I had picked HairNeva at the recommendation of the artist Ben Heine, whose results were phenomenal. HairNeva lived up to the hype. You can go to them with full confidence that you'll be in the most competent hands and your needs will be fully met.

I do like the professionalism of the doctors, kindness of manager, living conditions and caring on all stages of the operation. They don’t hurry up to finish all. There’s a time to have a good rest and operation, the good balance. They provide you all information and necessary treatment.

Du coup j'ai pris l'avion le 17 juillet passé vers l'hôtel "Le Marriott". Le lendemain c'était une journée consacrée à la prise de sang, prise de photos, tracer la ligne frontale et les endroits où seront implantés les greffons, rasage de la zone donneuse et ensuite c'était l'opération qui a Commencé vers 13h15, fini à 21h30 pour 2500 greffons, on a commencé par une séance PRP, anesthésie (c'est l'étape la plus douloureuse où on crie 😮 et on pleure 🥹😭 mais j'étais fière de moi 😎 j'étais courageuse comme on me l'avait di, ,après je me disais :" Si tu veux avoir une belle chevelure 💁‍♀️ qui durera le reste de ta vie 🙏 ça vaut le coup de supporter la douleur de 2 jours "🤕
Bon bref, quand on a commencé l'implantation, je n'ai rien senti, car la tête est bien engourdie et il y a des moments où je me suis assoupie 😴
En tout cas, l'opération s'est bien passée, Dieu merci🙏.
La chose la plus importante dans tout ça, c'est l'accueil et bien sûr la qualité du travail fait. Pour mon cas, j'ai eu la meilleure équipe qui a pris soin de moi de A à Z : la communication avec la clinique est par WhatsApp, au début c'était le consultant Michael Karim sympathique qui répondait très rapidement à mes questions et m'a envoyé le devis, les explications , la réservation à L'hôtel, etc. toujours disponible 👍👌
Quand le jour de mon voyage s'est rapproché, celui qui a qui a pris le relais c'est mon consultant Timmy 🤩, c'est une personne vraiment professionnelle, sympathique, souriante, traducteur (français et arabe). Il m'informait de toutes les étapes, il me rassurait. Et qui était à mes côtés de A à Z et en contact tous les jours même après avoir rentré chez moi pour répondre à mes questions d'après l'opération et m'a envoyé les notices de prise de médicaments, instructions de lavage de cheveux et les conseils pour avoir un bon résultat final , je souhaite aux Personnes qui partiront à la clinique de l'avoir à leur côtés 🙏.
Ensuite il y a le chirurgien Kadir qui m'a fait la greffe et les super girls ( Süper kızlar) 🦸‍♀️ je cite : Nazle, Çilek, Safiye et 2 Buse 😁 super gentilles et professionnelles qui m'ont chouchouté tout au long de mon parcours, chacune a accompli son travail comme il faut 👌👍 et on a bien rigolé 😂 j'en ai gardé que de bons souvenirs. 🌞This is my best team 🤩🥰 .
Sans oublier Fateh, les photographes et Nuran 👍👌.
Quand au Dr GO, il est venu me voir pendant l'opération et demandé si tout allait bien, et une 2ème fois avant mon départ 👍.
Je n'oublie pas aussi, de remercier tout le personnel de l'hôtel ainsi que les chauffeurs, celui qui m'a cherché à l'aéroport ainsi que celui qui m'a déposé pour leurs services qui étaient au top👌👍 compréhensifs et souriants 🙂

Hello everyone I've been thinking a lot about which clinic to transplant at. As a result, I came across this clinic, and I am very happy about it. They met me at the airport and took me to a luxury hotel. The next day I met with the doctor, discussed the hair transplant area, but we decided everything. We have had an operation, so far I am happy with everything, everyone is friendly and ready to help. There was also a transfer back to the airport. I want to thank all the doctors who were in the process of this operation, as well as Anastasia's girlfriend, who helped me throughout my stay in Turkey.

I learned about Hair Neva from several friends in the USA who had positive experiences with hair transplants. This prompted me to contact Mike for more information about the procedure. Mike kindly scheduled a consultation for the next day. As a healthcare professional and entrepreneur, I can accurately assess the professionalism of an organization. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and hospitality of the entire staff at Hair Neva. Mike's in-depth knowledge particularly stood out, leading me to choose Hair Neva for my hair transplant surgery.

The entire process was exceptionally smooth. Mike stayed with me in the surgery room, explaining each step of the procedure and ensuring I understood everything as he communicated between me and the providers. His presence kept me calm and informed throughout.

My hair transplant procedure involved approximately 5,000 hair grafts and took 8-9 hours to complete. The entire team, including the doctor, remained dedicated and professional, taking their time to complete the procedure in a calm and meticulous manner.

I would like to post my appreciation on recent hair transplant. For affordable price I received turnkey service. Clinic and personnel were friendly and skillful. Surgery was started at 12 and finished during late evening, hence that personnel did not stop and finished their job with no postpone for next day.

The overall experience was 10/10 amazing. From the initial consult, meeting with all of the team members, the procedure, all of hospitality components, and follow-up; the entire process could not have gone smoother. Would like to specifically thank Mike for his diligence in making sure everything was explained appropriately and that all of the information/ my expectations were conveyed thoroughly.

This was my second visit to HairNeva and again an amazing experience! The new clinic is gorgeous and the nice feature is you stay in beautiful Marriott Executive Suited in the same building. The staff was as professional as my first time and I cannot recommend this clinic enough! Bravo!

What an incredible experience. I was nervous about the whole situation as I flew from New Zealand to Istanbul (which took 33 hours) for 4 days just for this hair transplant surgery, and it could not have gone better. The communication right from my first enquiry with Hair Neva through to the airport transfers, hotel hosting, and then ultimately my time at Dr GO’s clinic. All of the staff were very polite and very helpful. Only a few of them spoke English (which I respect as I’m in their country and I don’t speak Turkish), but I always had an interpreter either with me or available at the click of a button at all times. I’m very grateful for my experience and I’m looking forward to the results.

I came all the way from NY USA, heard about Dr. Go’s clinic from my friend.
Highly recommended, it’s like a team work, one person is there to take out grafts, other doctor was implanting it.
It’s a two day process for procedure and third day is for quick follow up to clean hair.
From airport pick up to drop off at air port the staff will guide you each and every day what the next step.
Only giving injections for local anesthesia was painful and expected otherwise it’s totally painless procedure.
Marriot staff where we stay were excellent too and this hotel is included in the package.

Everything was fast and very very professional. The best quality and service in Istanbul, good specialists and every clinic’s action inspires confidence in what they are doing.

All in all 10/10.

Staff, the whole team were wonderful, friendly with exceptional experience/skills in their field. Everyone had their roles, very organized from start to finish, each person knows exactly what they’re doing. The whole procedure went smoothly without delays and/or complications.

Great clinic with a good package. VIP transfer from the airport and back. Cool hotel with a good location, you can walk and see the Bosphorus on foot. And the main thing is that the clinic and the hotel are in the same building.
Dr. GO was great at identifying my natural hairline. The procedure was as comfortable and quick as possible. I am grateful to the Hairneva clinic for this experience.

My husand was too worried to take this decision for hair transplantation however, He heard good about HairNeva and indeed it was an amazing experience choosing them for hair transplantation. The process was so smooth started with consultation via whatsapp with Mr. Ayoob who answered every single question. He arranged airport pickup, and an amazing hotel too. The procedure went smoothly and hairneva provided necessary guidelines and medications too. They took care of everything and the staff was so accommodating. I recommend them!
