Minha experiência com a clínica Hairpol foi ótima....
Agradeço desde o primeiro contacto que fiz por telefone. Tinha algumas dúvidas que foram totalmente tiradas pela agente Carmela, que me passou segurança e confiança para fazer meu transplante.
Ao chegar na Turquia, já estava o motorista aguardando e fui para hotel.
Hospedagem incrível. As 8h do dia seguinte o motorista da agência me buscou no hotel para clínica.
Eu apreensivo ao chegar na clínica, mas lá estava agente Carmela me aguardando. Me apresentou a equipe responsável pelo transplante e foi tudo ótimo. Optei em fazer com sedação. ( não senti nada ).
Agradeço toda equipe pelo profissionalismo, atenção e cuidado que tiveram comigo.

My experience with Hairpol was fantastic.
This is my second time in Turkey for hair transplant. My first experience was with a different clinic and that was not a good experience at all, I felt like I went to a butcher.
Be careful when you decide to do your hair transplant don't make the same mistake that I did.
Many clinics out there they are using a hospital space and the doctor that do the operation are not well qualify. After one year I decide to do one more operation, because of the not good result of the first one.
I start to do my research and after that I realize that Dr Furkan is one of the best in his field.
Evirating was fantastic from the pickup from airport, the hotel choice, and most of all the organization team.
Dr Furkan and his team was very professional, and I was very happy with all process and the result.
I had the DHI procedure done by the Dr Furkan himself, and this is very important.
My recovery was very good because the way of the operation was done, I had no scar or swelling.
I just have to say Thank you.

This is the most professional medical business I have ever worked with. I was connected with USA agent, Evan, and he made the whole process seamless. I sent in pictures and received an honest evaluation by the doctor within 24 hours. Evan then explained every step in detail and made sure I was confident and my concerns addressed before I proceeded. Upon arrival to Turkey, I was connected to Furkan. Furkan went above and beyond to provide the absolute best patient care. I had a driver sent to the airport, driver took me to all the appointments, and Furkan even made sure I had a safe ride back home. Furkan takes care of you like a family member. Special shout out to Furkan and Evan for always easing my anxiety and answering every little question and concern.
In regards to the procedure, on procedure day you meet the team. This medical team is top-notch, extremely professional, and compassionate. The facility is very clean and state-of-the-art. On day 1 you get some basic labs. Then you are involved in the planning process to ensure you receive the best results and can easily communicate your areas of concern. The transplant procedure is minimally painful. The medical team ensured I was comfortable during the entire procedure and checked in with me multiple times during the procedure to ensure I was not in any pain. The next day you come in for a hair wash and will meet with the team to discuss post-transplant care in detail. Overall best experience. I was a female traveling alone and I have to say Turkey has the kindest people. Hairpol made me feel safe and taken care of the whole time. I am forever grateful.

My experience with the hairpol team was very professional starting from the initial consultation to the post op surgery. They have been incredibly responsive especially Aisha who has been guiding us thoroughly through this whole journey. I highly recommend this clinic and want you to know you are in safe hands.

The experience from when I first contacted them to the day of surgery, to the post-op support was flawless. Aisha does a fantastic job of being the point of contact making you feel right at home and supported through-out the journey. The medical team was amazing as well, with utmost professionalism. I can't comment on the long term results since its only week 2 but so far everything is going well.

I had surgery done 2 weeks back, Being a doctor/surgeon myself i have noticed important information for those who are looking for hair transplant.. 1st is the doctor and team are knowledgeable, they know exactly what to do… 2nd have the skills.. 3rd the doctor is a member of european hair transplant, and i beleive in degrees for doctors. Unlike most of the other clinics were only technicians are doing the work plus unliscenced non experienced doctors (GP’s)..
The team was amazing in all aspects, starting from arrangements of hotel,, driving services to and from airport, and all other arrangements by Ms Aisha, she is kind and extremely helpful, then dr Murat and his collegue, had time to explain and listen to my preference.. then the technicians Rabia and Forkan they were so patient with me while operation because i had difficulty in some positions during the procedure, they gave me my time to relax and multiple breaks and they were so kind.
Generally the center is great, team is amazing, i didnt have any pain during operation or even afterwards, but only mild edema which is expected, i had grafts at the hairline and crown area mostly, and i will write another review after 6 months for the results.

Well what can i say. What a fab experiance ive had with these guys. For me, its not just the brilliant result i had after 6 months with another 3 months remaining, its the quality of service and constant reassurance i had from the team and especially Samir. Hello, I had a hair transplant on August 22, 2022. Dr Murat and Cihan Dost did my operation and my hair transplant was very successful. I am very happy with my hair right now. Thank you to Sam, he was caring and always answered my questions. A place that I can recommend very comfortably for those who are thinking of getting the operation done.

In this clinic where I went to create a hairline, the result was completely disastrous for me. They planted only 5 hair strands in order to create hairline to front of the my forehead like a country border. Yes !! you didn’t hear wrong it. only 5 hair strands. They claimed that they created naturalness for this faulty hair transplant. It’s just a waste of money and time. I definitely do not recommend this clinic for hairline transplantation.

My experience was fantastic from beginning to end. All very professional and helpful at every point. Sam was great, helping communicate how the procedure would work and what to expect. Couldn’t recommend Hairpol more highly.

Not a single complaint at any point of the process, from booking, to arrival, to surgery, to recovery and even weeks passing by I still get the same service from the team with any questions I have.
Clinic itself is clean, modern and all staff professional.

I was contacted by Aisha for my hair transplant and her communication was top-notch from beginning to end. I must give her credit because even when I was refused boarding at the gate from Turkish Airlines at midnight because of delayed, rescheduling and problems with Lufthansa, she was still able to answer, postpone and reschedule the taxi and surgery. That was quite comforting in this mess and you don’t need any more stress than you already have. Thank you Aisha, you really went above and beyond all expectations and I'm quite grateful to you!

Upon booking my hair transplant one month prior to my visit in Turkey with Hairpol Clinic, the instructions and recommendations given were clear and I liked the fact that I didn’t have to worry about a thing especially when you’re travelling solo: transport, hotel, clinic were included.
When I arrived at the clinic and payment was done in cash, a 10-15min encounter with the doctor was done. He was quite professional and told me that for men my age (34), a 2nd transplant may be required when my natural hair will fall. After drawing my hairline, I was taken care of by a team of younger technicians: shaving, incisions, extracting the grafts and placing them were done by them. Although young, they seem quite experienced as they knew what to do. The doctor came by twice during the whole operation to ensure that everything went well. On a scale from 1-10, I’d rate the pain 7 or 8, as far as I’m concerned, it was painful. The other guy I met seemed completely unfazed so I guess it really depends on people.
The hotel they booked was quiet and comfortable and the breakfast really tasty. Resting in such an environment was beneficial in all respects.
The clinic provided me with a medical prescription to go through security for the shampoo and the foam but I went to the counter and they told me it was necessary to check the luggage in, which I did.
It’s day 7 post-op, the swelling and the pain have tremendously subsided. Also, sleeping is getting better. I’m enthusiast for the future as the results seem very convincing and I’m utterly satisfied with it so far.

All in all, a successful experience for me! I hope time will prove me right. In any case, I’m positive it will.

I traveled from Calgary, Canada to Istanbul to undergo a hair transplant procedure facilitated by Aisha. Her responsiveness and trustworthiness made my experience quite pleasant. Upon my arrival at the airport, a chauffeur was waiting for me, and he proved to be very friendly and helpful. He even made some stops along the way to the hotel to allow me to grab dinner. His recommendation was fantastic and was some of the best food I have ever had.

The following day, Aisha greeted me at the clinic and introduced me to the doctors who would be performing the procedure. Throughout the entire 7-hour process, the doctors were extremely helpful answering any questions I had. While the initial 10 minutes of the procedure were painful, the rest of the experience was quite manageable, and I felt fit enough to tour Istanbul the very next day for 8 hours.

On the third day, the bandages were removed in a quick 30-minute process. While I was informed that they could only transplant 2800 follicles and 400 from my beard, based on the density of my hair, I'm not entirely sure if they could do more. Although it has only been a month since the operation, I have not seen any dramatic changes in my hair. I was told that it takes 8 months to a year for the ultimate results to appear. My old hair has not yet grown back, but that's all part of the healing process.

In retrospect, I am pleased with the outcome of the hair transplant procedure. I would like to commend the clinic for their exceptional service, as they not only demonstrated remarkable expertise during the surgery, but also provided excellent customer care and amenities. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking a hair transplant procedure.
