Wow I didn't realize there had been so many people scammed, I also have been told many times the item has been posted or lost and no tracking ever provided. Now they won't reply to my emails.
After reading all the other reviews I saw someone had claimed a refund through PayPal, thank you for the idea as I have now just done the same.

Scammers....don't buy from this site.... seems anything online has been removed now by this company...again was advised product lost by Australia Post... ordered in September and have been strung along since then... Try this email address but don't hold your breath waiting for a response kieron@dowdgroup ..Hoping karma catches up..

If i could give them 0 stars, i would. They are an absolute scam website, they pretend that auspost lost your order! See other reviews below. DO NOT SHOP HERE AND DO NOT TRUST THE WEBSITE.

This company doesn't even exist! When trying to follow-up orders through phone calls and emails I just keep being redirected to another company name that also doesn't exist. Applied for refund through PayPal and hopefully get my money back.

I have never received my order or a refund. There is no phone number to contact these crooks. Emails are ignored. Don't buy from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Items weren't sent after saying they were, threatened legal action so they sent 3 out of 4 items. Raised with ombudsman and they finally said they would refund. Not processed and now not responding. I'll be going to the police as theft and if not from there will be looking into legal proceedings. I'm done with their BS

Oh wow I have just come on to write a review of my bad experience and have seen all the other reviews and the same thing has happened to me. Never received product, poor communication, said they have sent it but Australia Post has never received it. Frequent emails back from Alex saying they will look into it. This is a SCAM!!! Do not buy from this website!

I ordered in September 2023 and received the item a month later after several emails to and fro with Alex, and raising a complaint with Paypal claims to investigate.
Beware, this website is a scam. 95% of the reviews have ranked it as 1 Star.

Fraudulent company. I ordered on 18th Sept. Reported to paypal on 13th Oct. Escalated case with paypal on 26th Oct. Company claimed they sent day after ordering and gave me auspost tracking number. Auspost never received product and has sat at 'not received' since. Awaiting paypal verdict. Shut this company down now.

They lie and tell you your order is posted out within 24 hours of receiving your payment . Australia Post has no tracking . Standard response “Contact us if it’s not here next week” . They do not answer your calls or emails only when you tell them their service is disgusting and they are scammers . Then “Alex”replies with we will reply when you’re not rude . What a joke !!! Almost one month since I purchased the goods through afterpay . I have placed a dispute in with afterpay and “Alex” tells them she will not give a refund and will repost . Still nothing to date . Scammers ! Liars and stay clear . Very unprofessional so called company . Afterpay will get my money from you “Alex “ and I’ll make sure that anyone who sees your reviews doesn’t go through the drama that I have and the others in your 94% bad reviews have gone through !!! Shame on you . Karma will get you !!

Exactly what these other reviews stated is literally what had happened to me, 5 mins ago. Bought from this company 3 weeks ago on 22nd Oct 2023- emailed to chase up. Blamed Australia post. Aust post investigated. There was no product only an initial tracking number. I've emailed 'Alex' back with screenshot of Aust post email. I then did my own research and found this page with all the reviews. I've again emailed him with all the bad reviews and sent screenshots saying clearly it's a scam and it's fraud and if I don't get a full refund I'm going to the ombudsman and contacting PayPal for fraudulent activity (and now fair trading).
Surprise surprise- no response.
How this website is still legally up and this business has not been investigated or shut down after so many complaints is beyond me.

THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. How are they still allowed to trade? By the looks of the reviews I am one of the luck ones who just got my order yesterday and it was only due to me paying with paypal. I opened a paypal dispute and waited then two days ago I got confirmation that my order was on its way. BEWARE if you have to order though them at least pay by paypal.

I wished I had of read these reviews before buying goods off this dodgy company. I ordered $100 worth of products back on the 5th September which still haven’t arrived from their other online business “Salon Solutions”. All I have ever received is an email with the Australia Post tracking number.

Same story as the other reviews, all Alex does is continue to blame everything on Australia Post. Also, Alex has given me the same excuse that they send over 2,000 parcels a week and they have an issue with the odd one.

It’s so odd as I’ve ordered multiple hair products off other online company’s and I’ve NEVER experienced anything like this mess before! I have an email trail that’s been going on for weeks, this is the last update from Alex…I have requested that your order is marked as lost so we can resend, as it is taking far too long. Apologies again for the delay and inconvenience. Still no delivery has arrived and it’s the 7th October.

So again as I have no products I’ve asked once again for a refund, but Alex refuses to refund me.

Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company they are a SCAM. They have caused me so much unnecessary stress and have wasted my time. I have disputed the transaction with my bank and I have reported this company to the ACCC 30/11/2023 -report:666410

I agree with everything everyone else has written here. Alex insists that they have posted my item, that it is Aus Post's fault and that they have escalated the issue. In fact none of this has occurred.
Do not buy anything from this company. I have escalated with Department of Fair Trading NSW and I suggest everyone else who has had a similar experience do the same thing. This company will quickly go out of business the more people who contact Fair Trading. Please do this everyone so that sham companies like this one do not exist.

I have ordered my item 3 weeks ago and has not received it yet. Upon contacting, I was advised that It was dispatched next day and tracking number provided. Upon contacting Australia post , I was advised that the parcel has not received at their end. I am trying to contact the supplier but no response. I will now contact PayPal and credit card company to look into this . Hopefully this will be sorted. The company has they are Australian owned but their behaviour is really unAustralian.

Not even worth 1 star.... totally scammers and Alex blames Australia Post, computers, etc. NEVER deal with this company.

Same as every other review. Got the tracking but never the order and dealing with Alex is a nightmare. I’m still waiting for an update and my email chain is as long as china. Just excuse after excuse blaming aus post!! Would never buy from them. I’ve purchased from them in the past and received the order everytime so was a no brainer to purchase again. Definitely will never use them again! Scammers
