Update: I finally received my order on Friday 2 June, 6 weeks after ordering. I had to do a lot of chasing and coincidentally or not, it finally came after I lodged a dispute through the credit card company. They claim that it was lost by Australia Post - though Aust Post says no parcel was ever scanned. I have never had this issue with any other company and find it difficult to believe that Aust Post would lose so many parcels from one company. When researching online I also found other aspects of the business dubious. However - having received the products in the end I have to give them the benefit of the doubt. Next time though I’ll probably buy direct from the brands.

False advertising.
Be warned when purchasing any large shampoo/conditioner.
Advertising may say pump included, only to be told they don't have pumps for said products. Too bad.
A little tricky to handle for someone who has issue ls handling heavy awkward objects. Had I known this was the case, I would have purchased something different.

This company claimed to have sent goods for weeks, sent tracking details in which didn't work for weeks and had no scanning data, it was never collected when we were told it was 'lost' or 'delayed' with Auspost. We had access to the Auspost internal system and know it was NOT collected. Total Lies

Finally received goods only after getting Fair Trade involved. Three weeks back and forth fighting to get our goods shipped - ridiculous. In the interim we ordered with another company, from placing order to receiving goods it was 3 days.

Stay away and order elsewhere as you can see other reviews are the same, there is a reason for this. Cannot blame Ausport forever, time to take responsibility.

REPLY: This is just my experience and seems others have experienced the same.
Shipping information was received by Auspost but nothing was scanned for nearly two and half weeks.

All of those reviews on that platform are reviewing products not your service or business from what I can see?

How about the Google Reviews for Salon Solutions? They don't look very good.

We ordered through Salon Solutions but all communication went through hairproducts.com? So same company? A bit confusing !
