I ordered from this company on October 19th I was given a tracking number but my package is still in new jersey where this company is located. The reason was Your shipment has potentially been delayed due to emergency. I contacted the USPS and they stated there was no reasoning behind why my package was delayed and I should have already received it. Its currently being investigated by the USPS and I have also contacted my financial institution. Don't shop with this company!!!

Warning! Be very careful..... I spend over 200$ the order never came. They said they delivered the order! Luckily for my bank I got my money back. Please listen to my foolish advice

Be aware of these people..THEY are CROOKS they steal your bank card numbers and take money out of your account...DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

I've been a long time customer and love my mommy and zara wig! Sometimes my item is sold out in the colors I always order and that happens elsewhere too for some reason with this wig companies. My sister and I always order from this company since 2018 and will still order from online wig shop because the beauty supply in our area doesn't have any of the wigs we use. How unfortunate that some customers are having fraud issue with them., I'd suggest you check out via paypal, or better yet call them to place your order.

The only website I order my braids! Lots of selection and fast delivery. Would definitely keep ordering from this company.

I placed an order worth almost $80 from Hair Stop & Shop and haven’t received any package to this day. It’s been a month.

I sent an email and direct message on Instagram and had no response. It was only until I posted a comment on their Instagram page - someone from their company responded.

It gets worse.. “Angela” responded trying to tell me my order was cancelled because I was using a foreign card. How would my order have been cancelled if the money already went through?!! Talk about suss.

I have evidence of my order being processed. I received an ‘order confirmation’ email from them listing everything I bought.

Not only that I always take screenshots of every website every time I make an online purchase just in case something goes wrong.

I’ve also had to cancel my card a few days ago because my bank flagged an unusual purchase in the US. I don’t live in the States so obviously someone else was using my card.

Reading these reviews further confirms there’s something fraudulent going on.. I don’t trust it and I might never get my order which is so disappointing.

I’ll never order from this “business” again.

Beware of ordering from this website. I purchased hair using my credit card and two days later my bank blocked my credit card because of fraud using Uber and AT&T for large purchases.. their hair selection is like none other so I tried again and received a call from my bank yesterday that someone was trying to use my debit card to make a purchase of 400 from Vinmo. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE. ITS DANGEROUS AND SOMEONE IN THE ORGANIZATION IS USING PEOPLE'S CARD. FRAUD**

Take care with this site! They steal your credit card data and use it without your permission! I'm lucky that my bank is very efficient and stopped them before! Never buy from this site!!!
Don't you come with same excuses that you gave to the others! You guys never cared about security! Because you guys are criminals stealing data from other people! I'm really thinking to report you guys to the police. Because this needs to end!!

I,ordered from this company and was alerted from my bank about fraud using my card.The,fraud took place after I made a purchase on their website...coincidence? I think not.Thank God,my bank noticed something was wrong.Be,careful.

I have been a customer since 2018, but I never had this fraud issue from them. I live in Connecticut and I always get my item fast maybe because they are from nearby state. Last year or couple of months, my orders takes longer to be delivered.. That's understandable considering the pandemic and the snow storms last couple of months. Will still recommend this company to my family.

I've always had great service with them until recently. I ordered over $70 worth of wigs and that was on Feb 27. They took the money out of my bank and think was set to receive my item in 4-6 business days it's only saying processed and hasn't shipped. I tried calling; no phone representative. I tried texting no reply back. I've sent an email as well. If indont hear or get my package this well I will be contacting my bank to file a dispute

I've subsequently experienced CREDIT CARD FRAUD. I recently purchased the Harlem 125 100% Virgin Remy Human Hair Ultra HD 13X5 STRAIGHT Closure in 10" and my order was processed.

Two days from the time I ordered which was 02/27/21 , today 03/01/21 someone was running using my credit card.

The website is just that unsecure. I would like to receive my products or be issued a full refund immediately. This is just so unfortunate.

I didn't receive my package but they don't want to help me even if the seller is the only one who can do it because only the seller can open a complaint to his post office.
And they don't respect the law because if a costumer doesn't receive his package the seller has to refund him. It's the law!

Well as of today, I order a wig on February 6, From Skye-Drk Chocolate Cream;gotten text on 10th says look in email for message, look in emailed seen order was processed, later on gotten email order was Canceled no explanation. I emailed asked who Cancel and why.... They responded in timely manner. Expecting monies to be returned sooner but was told they Cancel Order on the 11th. I haven’t received my Refund, But guess what my Bank says monies is in Process so I would receive my monies by the weekend!!!! So far, this company has honored their words and have responded several times to me in a Timely manner. I Believe they’re working on their site and they’re rated #34 out of 176 Online Wigs orders. I Pray they move up and get better at Customer Service, getting monies returned to customers properly(making sure their CS R honest people) responding earlier( know their stocks)when they don’t have product, so customers can get a even swapped without having to return monies(better phone communication). So those things, Overall they treated me kindly, sorry for those who didn’t get what they ordered or Fraud came into play to make them look bad.

I went to order some hair and was asked to register and and change password. Once I selected the hair and put my card info in I got an error! Couple days later fraudulent charges were on my account!

I placed an order on Sunday, Jan 24th 2021. I went to log in my account with Hair stop and shop and I was promoted by the system to change my password. I knew something was up. On Mon, Jan 25th my credit card was comprised and the credit card company called to investigate my ID and purchases. I ran a search on google and found out that others had the same issue...be aware of this site.

Customer since 2017 never had an issue with my information being stolen. I see several negative reviews about this, but I don't know why this happened to some of the customers. Glad to have the text option to check in with my order. Although, it may take some time get a response, still convenient than logging in.

I am from Brazil and though my package came in late, I have received it. The customer service has explained the delay due to coronavirus. It takes a lot of time to receive my order, but it's not their fault. Had to contact the post office in regards to my package to have it delivered.
