Haven't received my order or tracking info

I have been ordering on this website for several years now, very happy with my order as always, beautiful hair, great quality and price and received in less than a week! Will definitely continue to order, thanks!

The site was easy to use. I got a free gift too. Lots of options in black. I wished for more colored (e.g. Ombre, 4/32 highlights, brown/ blonde highlights) units. I also wish you could specify cap size, but you can't. You have to email them after the order.

I sent an email on Monday and I still haven’t gotten a reply. Also, I would like an stomata on when my orders will arrive.

This company lists that they are located in London but are really based in China. Wig looked nothing like it did online, wrong length, was supposed to have been 18” and was 14”, curl pattern didn’t match the picture & I wasn’t convinced that they would refund my money if I made a return. Bottom line, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I was very happy with my unit. I will definitely purchase another lace front wig.

I ordered 3 wigs from here and I was impressed at the quality. The softness, the density, the coloring, etc. are superb. I’m lovin my wigs!

I received unit in a timely manner, hair is soft. I don’t mind paying for quality hair, but for $170.00 the highlights were nothing like the picture the majority of the hair was orange in color and this unit is shedding straight from the box. No care instructions included just wig and hairnet in an unmarked box.

I PLACED A ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY NOT KNOWING THE COMPANY WAS IN CHINA. ONCE I RECEIVED THE DELIVERY OF THE ITEMS I NOTICED THE PRODUCTS WERE NOWHERE CLOSE TO THE DESCRIPTION AS STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE. SO I PUT IN A DISPUTE VIA PAYPAL I CONTACTED THE SELLER AND EXPLAINED THAT THE ITEMS WERE NOT WHAT I ORDERED AND REQUESTED A FULL REFUND AND THEIR RETURN ADDRESS, I DON'T SPEAK NOR WRITE IN CHINESE, BUT THEY SENT ME THE RETURN ADDRESS IN CHINESE. SO THAT LEFT ME SCRABBLING TO SEND THE PACKAGE BACK INTERNATIONALLY. I REQUESTED MORE TIME BC THE PACKAGE MUST BE RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE MARCH 31 2022. THESE PEOPLE SCAM PEOPLE ALL THE TIME, YOU NEVER RECEIVE ANYTHING CLOSE TO WHAT YOU ORDER. THEY NEED TO BE PUT ON NOTICE THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A PRIORTY IN THE USA

The hair is beautiful and it shipped pretty fast! I ordered a small cap but this is not a small cap but a medium size cap. I would have given 5 stars had the cap been small.

An excellent product, exactly what was described online. I am very happy and will be purchasing again.

I’ve not received my wig nor update since I made payments

Exactly how it looked , smelled great , and doesn’t shed nearly as much as other wigs!!

I order a wig on January 1st and paid an extra $25 for express shipping. Here it is January 11th and still no wig! Can’t wait to see the quality of the wig. Upon its arrrival I will make a YouTube video about the whole experience purshading from ULwigs.

The quality of the wig was the worst I have ever seen. It was not the wig shown on the website.
