This company is fraudulent. No matter how many times you opt out or cancel their subscription they continue to deduct money. I've followed all their procedures and waited for the waiting period , 2 months later they still deducted money. Whereafter they say they will assist you if you give them an 4 or 5 star rating yet you haven't been assisted at all. Imani did not assist me yet wanted a 5 star rating and proof of the rating to be sent back in order to cancel a subscription I cancelled 2 months ago . They refuse to take accountability of their fraudulent activity . Don't sign up it's a scam

My experience with the assistant Alero was very quick to respond to my request. I submitted a refund request. And delete the credit card data, I hope that the interaction will be done by you and thank you ##The amount has not been refunded yet, and the issue has not been resolved.##With a matter of credibility, part of the money was refunded. My order was treated slowly and for information I did not use any product. Unfortunately, because there is no delivery to the country where it settled

J'ai adhéré à HairUpdown invontairemet en cliquant par erreur je ne sais pas où. Mais diverses questions ont toujours eu les mêmes réponses, du copier/coller mais depuis la reprise du problème par Mn LAN, cela s'est débloqué on ne peu plus rapidement, merci
