This product is awful
This product is awful. I have had it for two days and it is tangled and shedding. It has been advertised as raw virgin hair and it is not. I am very disappointed and will never purchase from this company again it took a week and a half to deliver I paid for one day delivery. There are so many things that went wrong.

Thank you for your review and we're really sorry to hear you've had a bad experience with your order.
Your order was shipped on time with the 1-2 working day delivery label you purchased but we cannot control if there are courier transit delays between the UK and US due to customs / flight delays unfortunately. As soon as you notified us, we sent a partial refund for the inconvenience nonetheless. You also forgot to add a discount code at the time of your order which we also partially refunded you as a good will gesture too as it was too late to cancel your order.
In regards to the quality of the hair, we only sell raw hair and we always encourage customers to contact us first so that we can resolve the issue ASAP. I can see we have had no contact from you regarding an issue of quality. We try our best for all our customers and we hope you can give us the chance to look into this for this for you as we want our customers to have the best experience possible.

The hair is awful on instagram I tried to warn ppl they hair do not look the same in person and they blocked me. Disgusting company I will never purchase nothing from them again or recommended my family too they don’t answer emails either I told them that I’m wearing the closure cause I can’t wait I needed my hair desperately and already booked a appointment and they never answered email and blocked me be wary they block ppl for no reason and don’t answer just take your money and give you awful hair especially the brazillian the shedding awful the colour of lace awful please go elsewhere do not buy from them if you see my review don’t under any circumstances spend your money on this company and they reported my review so you cant see the unfair treatment

Hard refund/exchange process
Had an issue with hair quality and contacted customer services. I sent over photos as requested, and was met with a ridiculous amount of hoops to jump through, including paying to send the hair back to them (with only a 7 day window to do so, which would be fine if they were clip ins but seems quite unreasonable when regarding tape extensions), and if THEY decide the hair is good enough quality, you AGAIN have to pay for them to send the hair back to you. I then never received a response to my follow up email and had to go through a 3rd party site to try and resolve the issue. The whole customer service process is quite bad, especially when you consider how much money you’re spending. In hindsight I would’ve shopped somewhere else, you can get better quality hair for a lot cheaper, and better customer service.

Please note that it is only fair for the hair to be shipped back so that our team of qualified stylists can assess the hair against your concerns and find the best resolution - as sometimes customers may not understand how to treat/ care for raw extensions properly. We take pride in our service to customers along with the quality of our products but our terms and conditions are quite clear regarding the return process should any issue arise.

Hair quality can be better
I ordered 2 bundles of brazillian deep wave and 2 peruvian wigs (straight and wavy). Delivery was great, but I must say that for such expensive hair, I'm quite disappointed with all orders. The bundles were thin at the end. The wigs are frizzy and shed too.

Had the best experience with hairvirginity! I had ordered my tape in extensions during the hectic christmas period and was worried it may not arrive in time for my birthday in January. I popped them a message on Monday morning to express my worry. My hair was at my doorstep on Tuesday. I AM OVER THE MOON! The hair feels amazing. I love the quality. You have made my whole birthday! Will definitely be repurchasing in the future. Thank you again!

Hair quality issue
Ordered tape in extensions and they were beautiful. However since washing them the hair is almost unrecognisable. It’s gone really coarse (almost straw like), dull and gets matted extremely easily. Really disappointed as I loved the hair at first. I would expect the hair quality to last more than one wash when spending £300

best customer service experience ever!
best customer service experience ever!! They were so helpful and had such clear communication with me. I had ordered hair from them for my birthday and had trouble with the delivery and they helped me and tracked it for me at a discount!! honestly my birthday could have been ruined if i didnt get my hair in time for my appointment but it all worked out!!! And the hair was sooo soft as well!
