I had a very disappointing experience with this hair removal service. The overall service itself was just okay, but the staff’s knowledge and the information they provided were extremely poor.
I spent over £1,000, and after 8 sessions over 8 weeks, the results are very disappointing . Throughout the process, I was treated by three different therapists, which already felt inconsistent. Unfortunately, one of them even burned my skin, which I believe was due to lack of proper knowledge or training.
At the beginning, I was told that 6 sessions would likely be enough, and I only agreed to 8 “just in case.” Clearly, that advice was misleading given the poor results.
What made things worse was their pricing approach. Initially, they tried to sell me additional sessions at a higher price. When I refused, they suddenly offered the same sessions at the original price, which felt very unprofessional and inconsistent.
Overall, this experience was not worth the money at all. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this place and services like this.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. OBT. I was very nervous about getting filler, but the experience was incredible. I’m really happy with the natural-looking results. He enhanced my natural beauty, and the clinic / staff were very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable.

The best doctor and staffs….amazing environment, wonderful clinic, 5 star service ( makes you feel like you belong there), utmost care . Had severe acne and marks issue , when for consultation with Dr. OBT ( thank god, i found the best doctor in london) , followed the plan religiously and now i am acne and scar free. My skin feels like baby and its clear. Had this issue for 10 years off and on..went to many doctors and nothing worked. Finally found Halcyon Medispa & Wellness Clinic Ltd and honestly it is worth every penny spend.

Exion Skin tightening and fat reduction— paid £1200 for body sessions with absolutely no results. They keep running promotions to make it seem like you’re getting a good deal but it’s all really a waste of money.

Had such a great experience there. Doctor Osman is very nice and all the other staff are very professional. Very satisfied with the treatment results. Highly recommend ❤️

Changed the appointment time thrice on one evening. The third time told us to reach there within 10 mins as the doctor was in a hurry to leave!! . Staff was very badly trained, doctor was polite but it seems the success has gone to his head.

I want everyone to know that this is my second review for my uncle (Samer who had Exillis treatments ) as Dr Osman deleted my first review luckily I took the screenshot and handed it to the legal team. Dr Osman didn’t actually show any remorse with my first review regarding my uncle’s health.

My uncle was advised by Dr Osman Tahir to do Exillis treatments to reduce his stomach fat. On his first consultation Samer told Dr Osman at Halcyon clinic about the bullet in his back, Dr Osman said it was okay and no problem, he didn’t even ask my uncle to provide his medical reports but my uncle trusted him and listened to his advise as he thought he is a professional Dr. He did 12 sessions Exillis treatments as was advised by Dr Osman at Halcyon clinic.
Now, That treatment made him totally disabled, he has a lot of issues because of that and also he lost his hearing. As I am putting this review now, my uncle was admitted to hospital again .

He even had another operation last month because of Exillis treatment. This Dr is not reliable or professional.
When my uncle started to take action, Dr Osman pretended that he didn’t do my uncle’s consultation and he didn’t even know him (but on my first review he admitted he knew him).
My uncle had to prove everything to his legal team and they realised how liar Dr Osman is. My uncle is taking his case to court and Dr Osman has to face justice. We will invite all media to know about my uncle’s story.

We want to know why he recommended Exillis treatment which is contraindication to the bullet in Samer’s back to destroy his health ? Why Dr Osman didn’t show any remorse with my first review ? Why he welcomed our legal action on the first review? Why he lied that he didn’t do the consultation?

My uncle’s story will be all over the news.

Staff were friendly, caring and considerate. They tailored my treatments to the structure of my face and took there time to make sure was comfortable, with the procedures and checked with me through out each treatment to make sure I was happy with results

I always have a great experience in Halcyon Aesthetics. Najma is amazing and gave a great advice.The best aesthetic in Central London! She did the cosmilan treatment and the results exceeded my expectations. Really recommend Najma.

Been there for EmSculpt Neo - Nothing worked on my Abdomen, I had 8 sessions, weekly once for 30 minutes and don't see a inch been reduced. Don't waste your money - its pure marketing. FYI - I am on good diet with regular exercise.

Staff are ok, however on couple of sessions no staff came back after 30 minutes and I have stop the machine and remove equipment myself.

Also, after 8 sessions of abdomen, I asked for Vivace RF treatment on my face & agreed for a discounted price on Friday. By Wednesday they said we cant offer that price and hiked it thinking I am desperate for it. So they act accordingly depending on their business & customers. I turned down their increased price. They just don't keep their words similar to their results. Staff looks very inexperienced.

Try somewhere else with better prices. Definitely not recommended here. I doubt rest of the reviews are really genuine or paid one's.

I absolutely love the Halcyon treatments, I would highly recommend, all the staff are kind and friendly, my therapist Tatienne is amazing so kind and easy to talk to.

THIRD VISIT:
Despite a rocky second visit at Halcyon Aesthetics, my third visit was a shining example of professionalism and excellence, thanks to Aesthetician Tatiene. While my faith in the establishment remains tentative due to past inconsistencies, this recent experience undeniably stood out.

Arriving for my appointment, I couldn't ignore the palpable improvement in service and attention to detail. Tatiene ushered me into the treatment room promptly, where she prioritized my comfort by providing a warm blanket and applying numbing cream with care.

As I relaxed in the dimmed ambiance, Tatiene commenced the Microneedling procedure on my neck, progressing with a level of thoroughness and precision that had been lacking in previous visits. Despite the inevitable discomfort, her gentle approach ensured a tolerable experience, and for once, there was no significant pain to endure.

While Tatiene's exceptional treatment undoubtedly left a positive impression, I remain cautious in my assessment of Halcyon Aesthetics. The inconsistency from one visit to another is a concern that cannot be overlooked, and my skepticism persists despite this recent improvement.

SECOND VISIT:
I revisited Halcyon Aesthetics for a follow-up treatment, and unfortunately, my experience was vastly different from my initial visit.

Upon arrival, instead of being escorted directly to a treatment room as before, I was asked to wait in the reception area. A young assistant applied numbing cream to my face, but the process was far from satisfactory. Not only did she neglect to offer basic amenities like a drink or makeup wipes, but she also applied the cream so sparingly that significant portions of my face were left un-numbed.

After a lengthy wait, I was taken to a treatment room where Najma, the aesthetician, attempted to rectify the poorly applied numbing cream. This led to an additional 20-minute delay. When the microneedling procedure commenced, the areas where the numbing cream was starting to fade were truly painful. Despite tears rolling down my face, I endured the procedure without complaint, but the experience left me deeply dissatisfied.

The inconsistency in both service and treatment left me feeling distrustful of Halcyon Aesthetics. As someone accustomed to exceptional customer service, particularly from establishments in California, where client care is paramount, this experience fell short in every aspect.

My second visit to Halcyon Aesthetics was a stark departure from the first, and not in a positive manner. The lack of attention to detail, coupled with the discomfort and dissatisfaction during the treatment, has left me questioning the integrity of this establishment.

FIRST VISIT: 10-Dec-2023
I recently visited Halcyon Aesthetics for a Microneedling with Radio Frequency treatment (Vivace) performed by Aesthetician Najma, and I must say it was an excellent experience. From start to finish, the professionalism and expertise at this clinic were top-notch.

Najma was exceptionally skilled, and I appreciated her calm and focused demeanor during the procedure. Her approach was both reassuring and relaxing, making the treatment a breeze. The application of numbing cream for 40 minutes prior to the procedure was a game-changer, as it rendered the process completely painless.

I am thrilled to have booked three sessions in advance, and I can't wait to go back for more. The service provided by Halcyon Aesthetics is truly excellent, and I'm already looking into other procedures they offer.

What's remarkable is that, as expected, my face was quite red immediately after the treatment. However, within just a few hours, the redness had pretty much disappeared, leaving my skin with a lovely, natural glow. Today, the day after my visit, my skin looks positively radiant, and you would have never known I had anything done just yesterday. This quick recovery have left me even more impressed with my experience at Halcyon Aesthetics.

Even if I have smallest confirms regarding my treatment , I am assisted well.
Team work with Dr Osman is very friendly and he is very very patient .

I booked in for an Ultracel Q+ treatment to help with skin laxity under my chin that I was experiencing. Before the treatment, I explained my concern and was told this treatment would give me the results I was after. I was never informed that such treatments could cause fat loss on the face and being quite thin, had I have known this was possible, I wouldn’t have gone ahead with the treatment. After the treatment was given, I was told I would also benefit from Elixis 360, again no mention of fat loss as a side effect of this treatment so booked in and undertook this a month later. Over the weeks that followed, I noticed that I was experiencing fat atrophy on my face, causing hollows under my cheeks and laxity of skin around my mouth causing skin creases. Neither of these issues were present before the treatment and left me looking considerably worse than before I undertook the treatments. I never had any issues with my face, I merely wanted to tighten my neck so I am beyond horrified that the treatments recommended have caused me to age significantly and thusly have caused great distress. I now can’t stand to look at myself in the mirror and a second opinion agrees the devices have caused this issue and sadly there is no fix for fat atrophy caused by devices. I am truly heartbroken that I wasn’t warned of the side effects and the terrible negative effect they have had on my face. I looked online and it appears this is a well known side effect that is being completely ignored by practitioners and causing considerable harm. I reached out to Halcyon to complain about the treatments and get a refund as they have ruined my face but they have completely ignored my email! I am now speaking with solicitors to see if they’re able to assist since Halcyon refuse to take any responsibility.
I may never get my old fresh face back again or indeed may have to spend considerable amounts of money trying to remedy and the emotional distress caused is unimaginable.
PLEASE DO NOT UNDERTAKE THESE TREATMENTS and avoid this clinic!

I am very pleased with my choice of Halcyon Aesthetics for my body contouring treatments. And I am especially happy with my aesthetician, Tatiene, whose skill, accuracy and professionalism are matched by her lovely personality and genuine desire to deliver the results I am seeking.
