HALO Cars レビュー

The driver Mohammed was very pleasant and on time. Pleasant journey

We have used HALO Cars for several journeys to and from the airport. On this occasion our pick up was at 5am and the driver arrived promptly. We have nothing but praise for the company.

WOW WOW what would I do without HALO CARS.
They are the best in their field.
The Staff are amazing, they were so patient with me this time, I got confused with the AM and PM Clock times.
I do travel a few times per year (if possible) to and from Birmingham Airport and never had any trouble. Very helpful and friendly chauffeurs. Thank you so much Team Halo………10 star…….hope to see you soon again, Wilhelmina

We haven’t had the taxi yet but I already know it will be on time, spotlessly clean, the driver smart and polite, because we have used them several times before and you can totally rely on them.

Easy to use website quick and positive response to ride query. Easy booking and paying system, and excellent service on the ride.

Excellent from start to finish.
I booked a return trip and both drivers, Khalid and Fasil were on time, professional, friendly and courteous.
No hesitation in recommending this company. Communication from initial booking was excellent.

A good process to book a taxi for a trip to and from Birmingham airport.

I had great experience in the booking of a taxi with Halo taxis, the follow up was excellent and communications have been brilliant, I will certainly chose them again.

easy transaction to set up future pick up Great rate Thanks for your responsiveness

I booked the day before my trip for an early morning pickup. The driver was on time, helpful, and courteous. The vehicle was clean and spacious. I will definitely be using Halo again!

Polite professional driver. Comfortable car.

First time with a booking for a drive to the airport. My timings normally mean I can catch a train. The booking process was easy with plenty of contact to make sure I had booked correctly. I needed to make a last minute change for an earlier pickup which was seamless. The driver arrived 10mins earlier than agreed which was perfect for me. The driver was perfect and filled the car with cheerful chit chat as I sat in the front although he had set the car for a more chauffeur experience with me in the back. It is tailored to what ever you are in the mood for. The car was spotless and new. Smooth quick ride straight to the airport. Thanks Halo and WA.

Everything was in perfect order, making the experience delightful in every aspect, meeting all expectations.

Very efficient service . Driver Avais was an excelent driver and very friendly . I would definitely recommend this service , thank you .

Very easy to make the booking. Regular updates were helpful. The driver was right on time, courteous and helpful. It was a positive, stress-free experience.

Halo is a terrific company. I flew from the US into London, and needed a taxi to Wolverhampton. There were several last minute changes in my itinerary and each time I contacted Halo, they got back to me lightening fast. They continued regular communication to ensure I knew when and where my ride would arrive, and connected me directly with the driver. They even double-checked with me to ensure my changed itinerary was correct.

In addition, my driver was incredibly skilled on the road and one of the nicest people I met on my stay in England. Riding with him was like traveling with a friend.

I wish more companies would provide the quality of service as does Halo.

Very quickly organised transport for me on the dates and times requested.
The only flaw was it took three emails and a telephone call to actually alert the company to my request. Emails went astray somewhere.
