HALO Cars レビュー

I recently used Halo for a trip back home in Nottingham after an early morning flight arrival at LHR. I spent a lot of time researching and reading reviews for various companies online before booking at settled on Halo as their reviews seemed positive. Although I was initially apprehensive about using an 'unknown' company, my fears were very quickly settled: communication was fast, friendly and exceptionally efficient. Conformation was sent by email and text and questions were answered very promptly. Before pickup the driver, Gurwinder, contacted me by WhatsApp to confirm details. On arrival at LHR he was in almost constant contact to ensure our 'meet and greet' went smoothly. Our drive home was excellent, the car was very comfortable and the driver was keen to ensure all our needs were met and offered to stop if we needed to. In Short, Halo Cars are highly recommended and I will be using them again for all my airport transfers!

Great service … reliable service, good driver , even had water for us . Definitely recommend

As my first trip with Halo was most satisfactory I’m booking with them again. The cars, drivers and on time pickups were excellent.

Driver was on time, friendly, and got me where I needed to be efficiently but safely.

Booking made for my daughter.
Process very simple, easy to actually speak to someone (Richard)and very understanding .

She was very impressed with whole experience.
Driver waiting close by despite the late arrival of the flight. Courteous. Offered water.
Was on time for the return trip despite the early start. 6am. A good door to door experience.

A lot more expensive than first quoted . I used a local company instead and saved Over £100 .

We booked our return trip from Manchester airport to Birmingham NEC to save time. It was an hour each way quicker than the train, for around the same price.
Booking system & contact the company were nice & easy. Our driver Mohammed was great. Lovely friendly guy & a nice car! Everything went smoothly & on time. Would definitely use this company again & would request the same driver. 5 stars!!

on tim, met me at airport, nice smooth trip.. all good!

Every thing was prim and proper It was a pleasure in every way All boxes ticked

Booked Halo to pick up a friend from Heathrow to Staffordshire. Booking was really straightforward on the website, and they followed the instructions (as I was booking for someone else).

The price was similar to most other long-distance car firms. I used their "meet and greet" option (a minor extra of £8) to make things easier for my visitor.

They said the driver was on time (they track the flight), friendly, professional and helpful. The car was clean and comfortable. Really, I couldn't ask for anything more. Will definitely be using Halo if I need a car service again.

The whole experience with Halo was excellent. i was impressed by the attention to detail in the pre-journey preparation and in particular the fact that the order was not accepted until you had a driver assigned.
On the day our driver was Khalid Ahmed who was absolutely first class. He arrived on time, was polite, helpful and friendly and his steady driving made for a very smooth journey. On our return to Gatwick we were met by him as arranged and again had a smooth drive,
I would have no hesitation in recommending Halo and Khalid for any future requirements.

Perfect from start to finish you know you are being looked after by a professional company with great personal and polite drivers would not hesitate to recommend very clean and comfortable cars

Well prepared in messaging status of booking. Follow ups appreciated. Very helpful and friendly driver. Thank you all.

Superb organisation all on time

I have used Halo on several occasions for airport transport. On every occasion they have been both efficient, professional and very easy to communicate with.

I found the website quite easy to use and requested a quote to and from Manchester Airport. My only slight quibble was that I had to wait several weeks without hearing anything. I rang the company and they were apologetic. My quote was sent out the next day and was fine, so I booked with them. Looking forward now to my travel experience.

Halo Cars could not be more helpful when I totally messed up my booking.Nothing seems to be a problem..Defineatly 5 star service

Picked up at Birmingham Airport by our driver Duncan in his immaculate car. He arrived on time, got us home safely and in comfort. We enjoyed his company and look forward to seeing him again when we next travel. Halo Cars have been a lucky find, more than happy with the service provided.

Booking team were really helpful. Looking forward to my trip knowing everything is in place.
