Dear Fiona,

We’re sorry that you are disappointed with your order and that one of the earrings does not fasten properly.

We have replied to both of your messages, within our stated 48-hour response timeframe, and provided instructions for returning your items. If you haven’t seen our replies, please check your junk or spam folder, as email providers can sometimes filter our messages there. Unfortunately, we cannot control how your provider filters incoming emails.

You can open a return through the returns link under “Useful Links” at the bottom of our homepage, www.haloslondon.com. Please include the issue with the earring fastening when submitting your request.

Gift boxes are an optional purchase. As no gift box was selected at checkout, your items were sent in our standard packaging.

Our earlier email also explains where to find the silver markings on the bracelet and earrings. We acknowledge your concerns and would welcome the opportunity to inspect the returned items and resolve this for you.

We’re sorry to hear that you have been disappointed. We have responded to each of your emails, although it appears our replies may have been redirected to your spam or junk folder by your email provider.

In each response, we asked you to submit a return request using the returns link at the bottom of our website homepage. Unfortunately, we have not received a return request through the portal. We also checked your order for an alternative way to contact you, but no mobile telephone number was provided, so we were unable to follow up by text message.

Please check your spam or junk folder for our replies and submit the return through the website. Once the request is received, we will be happy to assist you with returning the faulty earring.

UPDATED RESPONSE;
Hi Tracy,

Thank you for your update. We would like to clarify that your return was authorised as soon as the request reached our returns system. This was part of our normal returns process and was not prompted by your Trustpilot review.

We are sorry that you did not receive our earlier email replies. As previously explained, these may have been redirected to your spam or junk folder by your email provider. Halo’s London does not operate a telephone call centre; customer enquiries are handled through our online chat facility and by email. Unfortunately, the jewellery business you telephoned is not connected with us.

Your return is now authorised, and we would be happy to provide the return postage. Please let us know whether you would prefer a printable returns label or a QR code, and we will email it to you. Once the faulty earrings have been returned, we can arrange a fully functional replacement as requested.

Hi Kate,

We’re sorry that your order arrived later than expected. However, tracking confirms that the parcel was delivered on 18 August—one day after the estimated delivery date, rather than the four to five days suggested in this review.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees, and occasional short courier delays can unfortunately occur. This review was posted as soon as the estimated delivery date had passed, before the parcel was successfully delivered the following day.

As this order was placed through Amazon rather than directly through our website, any return or refund request must be submitted through your Amazon account. We have not received a return request through Amazon. If you no longer want the item, you are welcome to open a return there; however, we cannot issue a full refund while the delivered item is retained solely because it arrived one day after the estimated delivery date.

According to the delivery information provided by Yodel, your parcel (tracking number JJD0002234959436745) was successfully delivered through your letterbox on 21 July 2026 at 10:19am. Prior to delivery, Yodel also confirmed that the parcel was out for delivery at 10:04am on the same day.

For complete transparency, you can verify these tracking updates independently by entering your tracking number directly on the Yodel website, rather than relying solely on the tracking information displayed on our website.

We have not ignored your correspondence and would genuinely like to help resolve this matter. If you still believe the parcel has not been received, please contact us directly so we can investigate this further with Yodel and work towards a resolution.
