We bought a mattress for our toddler a year and a half ago. A firmer mattress is better for little growing bodies so we chose the organic hybrid, paying a little extra knowing that this matters will serve her till she goes to college (when she comes back to live with us after college we’ll buy her a new hamuq 🤣).
When it came time to buy a mattress for our second kid we tried the organic silk&snow as it seemed comparable in structure to the hamuq. It was not! Unfortunately it did not feel as supportive. Luckily we were able to return the silk snow mattress. And we went back to the Hamuq organic hybrid mattress for our second as well.

The organic mattress is firm with just enough plushness at the top to make it the perfect coziness. It’s better than a 5 stars hotel mattress. If we hadn’t gotten a 100% latex mattress a few years ago for ourselves we would buy a hamuq too, it’s way more comfortable than the latex only.

Customer service is a delight. They are proactive, responsive, and quick.
Our first mattress arrived in three days. Our second mattress was a bit delayed due to extreme weather, but the team was so quick to contact the delivery company to get updates.

We just got our second Hamuq mattress (the Original Hybrid). The first one was for us and the second was for our son because we loved ours so much! It's soft but supportive at the same time. Definitely the best mattress we've ever owned.

We recently purchased a mattress from Hamuq and couldn’t be happier. The ordering process was simple, delivery was quick, and setup was easy.

The mattress strikes the perfect balance between comfort and support — plush without sinking too much. We’ve both noticed better sleep and no more waking up with back pain.

Bought a King size Hamuq mattress and after a couple of months it went really lumpy, I tried to return it and the customer service was AWFUL!!! They said it was my fault that it went lumpy and took zero accountability for their awful product.
DO NOT BUY!

Absolute horrendous customer support.
Don’t bother supporting such a terribly run company.
They will ignore you completely, lie about stock, and leave you unanswered for basic support requests like “where is my order??????”
Terrible company. Stick with the trusted well run Canadian companies. these guys are a complete joke. Over priced and under served.
These guys are a fraud and are trying to make it on the backs of over paying customers. They can’t afford their operation, and you pay for it. Beds and the companies who sell them need to be able to support you for the entire life of your mattress, why take a risk on overpaying for a company that is running themselves to the ground. Dumbest thing I did was listen to the garbage half-truths about buying mattresses from these people. . Completely wasted $5k and a month of my life trying to buy beds. What a joke.
Going to work on returning. We’ll see how mind numbingly horrendous they are at returns, because they clearly can’t keep paying customers on track to outfitting a bedroom. Literally their sole purpose, they can’t even do right. Great job guys, you should work on operations more than marketing.

I really took my time to do my research when I thought of purchasing a new mattress and couldn't be happier with my choice. My Hamuq mattress is so comfortable, I've been sleeping like a baby, plus the delivery was so quick too. I'm really pleased with my purchase!

I love this mattress so far! We've had it for over a month and I am so impressed with it. I also loved how easy it was to receive and that I didn't have to do any heavy lifting on my own.

I recently purchased the Hamuq Hybrid mattress and couldn't be happier with the entire experience; from the initial research to weeks of restful sleep. The ordering process was seamless, the website was informative, and customer service was responsive and helpful when I had questions before buying. Delivery was quick and on time, and the mattress arrived well-packaged in a box. It expanded fully within hours and had only a mild odor that disappeared quickly. The quality was clear right out of the box.

After sleeping on the Hamuq Hybrid for several weeks, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in comfort and support. The mattress has just the right balance of firmness and softness with great motion isolation. I wake up feeling well-rested and without the back pain I used to have. Customer service even followed up after purchase and was quick to assist when I asked about the firmness level. Overall, this mattress exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality hybrid with excellent customer care.

Incomplete order. Shipped the wrong parts to assemble the bed two times. Now want me to jump through more loop holes to get what I need. Over 10 emails. Meanwhile its been 2+ weeks and the bed is still not assembled. Terrible customer experience, do not recommend this company.

We got this mattress for my toddler son, as he’s transitioning to a big boy bed. He loved it and we loved his independence and joy. We were happy with the customer service and how easy it was to work with Hamuq. We did experience a few issues with the mattress and Hamuq, very graciously replaced it. As we are thinking about furnishing our 3rd bedroom we would purchase a Hamuq mattress.

We love our Hamuq mattress! We have the Original hybrid queen. It arrived quickly and we had it set up that afternoon. Fast forward 2 years it is still the most comfortable mattress in the house - not too firm, not too soft. It shows no signs of wear at this point and still feels like new. No doubt it will last for many years to come. Customer service is fantastic. Also I adore that it's made in Canada :)

2.5 years ago, I purchased a Hamuq mattress who at the item had really good reviews. I wonder now if those reviews were from shills?

Anyway, our mattress has started to become lumpy from the middle. I reached out to Hamuq customer service and the experience was like this:

Hamuq asked for photos of the mattress with a string on two corners of the mattress to show the depth and an inch tape showing the depth. I proceed to do this exercise and send them the photos.

They followed up by saying that the sag is not more than 2 inches so they cannot honour the warranty. I replied back that it was indeed 2 inches.

They replied back saying that the tape was placed into the 'indented diamond', and to take new photos.

I took new photos and shared them with Hamuq.

At this point, they refused again saying that I should take new photos by placing the mattress directly on the floor and measure the sag again.

I proceed to do so.

They refused again saying that I am 'pressing' the measuring tape into the mattress. They asked for me to repeat the same process again, but this time with an actual video instead of a photo.

I just refused this time. Clearly they had no intention of processing the claim and were tiring me out.

The least I can do at this point is share my experience. Over 900 canadian dollars lost!

Nightmare of an experience. Was so excited for an organic mattress. Ordered Nov 19. The tracking service was horrible. I had no idea what was going on and was not able to schedule or plan anything. The tracker kept saying "business closed" in reference to my purchase being delivered??? I tried to contact the shipping company and was not able to talk to anyone let alone find anything out. My 2K+ mattress + bedding materials were almost a week late when I had to ask them what was going on. Turns out it was damaged so they'd send me a new one. Fair enough. No word from Hamuq or the delivery company until two days ago. It arrived today. The delivery person did not knock or ring my door bell. They LEFT MY MATTRESS ON MY DRIVEWAY. Where people regularly use and park - I have someone who will be using the spot the mattress is on. I'm a 120 lb 5'7 female, live with an elderly person, and I can't roll this mattress from the driveway off to the side, let alone carry it in and up a flight of stairs. Typically I pay delivery people extra cash on arrival to bring any heavy items in for me. I'm so angry and stressed out about my EXPENSIVE purchase just sitting on my driveway in a CARD BOARD BOX like a piece of garbage. 0/5 would not recommend this company based on the delivery process alone. Get better delivery providers Hamuq because I was so excited for your product. Hope I like this bed so that I don't have to deal with the nightmare of a return this is bound to be.

I purchased a twin xl organic hybrid mattress. It came in a damaged filthy dirty box that had previously been opened and taped closed. There was no product information with it. I was supposed to get a bonus sheet set but they didn't have twin xl size so they said I would get a MicroGel king pillow. Well instead I got a cheap very low fill rate feather pillow.

Because they do not have a manufacturing date on the mattress, there is no indication of how long it was compressed. Hybrid mattresses should not be left compressed for more than 4 weeks as they cannot expand properly. Which was the case with this 12" mattress which only expanded to10.5" after 48 hours.

When I contacted customer service to return the defective mattress for a refund, Jim from customer service said I had to try it for 30 days before a return and refund could be done. I couldn't believe they could have such a moron working for them. I told him that policy applied to a fully expanded mattress and either arrange a return and refund or I would file a dispute with my credit card company who do not tolerate merchants who do business this way.

Jim kept stalling on getting the mattress picked up saying he was looking for a charity. What kind of halfwit would donate a defective mattress to anyone when it should be recycled? I again threatened to dispute the charge and it was finally refunded. After all the B.S. for 12 days he emailed me saying a pick-up is arranged for the next morning but provided no name of an organization or a contact number. When I replied asking for the information he did not respond until the next day after a Junk removal company had picked it up. The Junk company have next day pick up so this idiot Jim intentionally had me store it for 11 days longer than needed. This company is a nightmare and are untrustworthy.

Delivered Sept 17 2021. In January 2022 I emailed that the bed was very uncomfortable and was sloped to each side from the middle. We are sleeping on an incline.
No reply was ever sent back to my inquiry. So i missed my 120 night guarantee. We are still on a very uncomfortable mattress with back pain every morning.
My sister also bought one but returned it shortly after receiving, side walls are so weak she fell out of bed.
Absent customer service and poor quality product.
