The nails are high quality and do last long! Are really pretty and creative, you can see the love in making them.

This company went out of its way to make sure I received my order in Spain. Their eyelashes are the best I have ever used. They stay and look great.👍

I was honestly a bit afraid to have fallen in one of those instagram shopping traps but I could not have been more wrong, I got the One-Step Eyeliner Stamp and I am amazed, it works amazingly well, very durable, the color is very defined and it's incredibly easy to use, also very accessible, this can be a great solution for a lot of people who might have motor impediments, and also for people like me who are just too lazy to master an eyeliner wing, I fully recommend!

These lashes are supposed to last 5-7 days. As soon as I splashed water on my face, they went down the drain. They are a total waste of money. Additionally, the glooped and you can see it!

I have spent years, tried many different companies and styles and a ton of money to find lashes that suit me at my age (71) and look natural and professional. Finally, I have found them at Hanakoko!! Not only did I find one style, I have found at least 4 styles that look fantastic on me…..two styles for everyday that look like I was born with them, one style for work that look like I am wearing light mascara, and another more expressive for evening or a special event. They are easy to apply and well worth the price! My only reservation is that they only look good for a few days.
The quality of the lashes would be enough on their own but what I have discovered is the exceptional customer service I have received! I have gotten quick responses to any of my questions. Their return policy was better than any company I have ever experienced! If I could give this company a true rating, it would be 1 000!! I am a devoted customer who will support them in any way I can! I wish them every success!

Ordered for a 2nd time, only for it to not arrive, stuck with carrier for over 10 days now. Followed up with no responses. Shipping takes way too long already and this is no excuse, I have asked for refund, received no acknowledgement. Safe to say I won't be buying from them again.

The curler do no buy, it's terrible, it bends your lashes in a weird way and doesn't allow for lashes to latch on nicely. Use your traditional eye curler is better.

Hanakoko finally responded back to my issue took action right away:
- followed up with Carrier
- replaced my long overdue order at no charge
- reimbursed 50% from my lost order
- and apologized for the silence I received for weeks

They have turned my frustration around and am happy with the solution they have provided me

I absolutely love Hanakoko lashes! I wear them everyday, the Cloud version "breeze" is my current favorite. I am wasian, my mother is asian and we have "barely there" lashes and these fit perfectly and look amazing and natural! They're so easy to apply, remove and reapply. I apply mine daily but my mother leaves them on for 3-5 days with no issue! We've tried an endless amount of different brands and nothing compares to these! Anytime there has been any issue the customer service has gone above and beyond and always treat you like a VIP!!! I would recommend 100%!!!! Amazing!!!

Love my eyeliner stamp. It arrived well packaged and exactly as described. The liner stamp works perfectly. I was thrilled cuz I always have an issue getting that sharp tail on my eyeliner and this did the trick. Really pleased and will purchase again. Thank u

I mainly used this supplier for their great eyelashes but the nails were so tempting, beautiful to look at .. but what if it was just that, nice but not easy to apply.

What a surprise. I ordered the floral bundle and to start off, and they look like little jewels. I used the strips that were included in the package and am amazed and how they hold on. I managed to do some gardening with gloves and they tried very hard to hold on, just three gave up but are totally forgiven as they had it rough :D

I've already passed a new order to have more glue strips, the case to start my collection and, well, just can't wait to build my collection. I have a glove size 9 and took the L. Very pleased, no regrets.

I made an accidental order of my fav press ons in Electric White, in size S instead of XS. 7 packs I bought because I love them so much. Cats eye, short square shape, gorgeous holographic blue and pink shimmer. What’s not to like for a busy, solo mum of two?

What did Hanakoko do!? Replace the entire order FREE OF CHARGE. No exchange or returns costs (even though I insisted, as it was my mistake).

So I’ve given away the inappropriate size to my friends/strangers who compliment my nails (I carry them around in my bag to give away. I have 7 boxes!), to gift them of not only beautiful nails but to share a fantastic brand/service that I have never come across in my life.

I had sadly bought the wrong size of nails and got a exchange in no time!
Great costumer service and there extreamly nice, I could even keep the old nails! (The nails were also of great quality)

I recently bought some tools from this company and have to say that when I received my package I was rather shocked and digusted with the condition of one of the items from my package.

The Anti-Splash Nail Clippers are covered in a layer of grime that cannot be wiped off. I attempted to clean them with soap and alcohol, but the residue would not come off. Even more concerning, there is black buildup inside the cover that closely resembles mold. This is a serious health and safety issue.

The product appears to have been used, returned, repackaged, and then sent to me. That is completely unacceptable, especially for a personal hygiene tool that comes into direct contact with skin. Had I not carefully inspected the clippers and used them, I could have risked a fungal infection or contact dermatitis. I am immunocompromised and prone to getting sick easily, so receiving a product in this state is not just disappointing, it is alarming.

I am also unable to leave a review on their website or shop page for this product, which only adds to my concern.

I got three sets of nails and am somewhat happy with what I got, the designs are just like the photos and the should be handmade by what I can tell, the delivery was a bit tricky but I got compensated with a free nail set so the costumer service is very good, down side to them is that they seem to really just last good for about a day or maybe two and then they start sliding or just generally getting off bit by bit which annoyed me a lot, obviously the downside is also that you have to buy new glue/sticker things to wear them again or buy other nail glue, upside you can wear them over and over again and whenever you want to, prices are fair I would say and I would consider to buy again, sometimes I have the feeling it’s cheap though but I don’t have experience with other press ons

I’m still waiting for the product, since 26 january.

My order is missing the tweezers I paid for. In addition I can not recommend the mystery box as there were over half of the lashes are duplicates and very unsuited.

Unsure why notes "The styles you wish" are requested if they are fully ignored.  I requested all brown lashes(wich are subtle and understated), not only did not get even one pair...over half of the ones I did receive are VERY Thick Black, and 2 sets of red and blue?.(could not be more opposite of the request).

I've been using this shop for over two years and ordered more than dozen sets of nails. The nails are handmade and good quality with so many gorgeous designs - if you don't lose them you can definitely reuse multiple times. I can't count the times I've received compliments and 98% of the time people were sure I had my nails done at the salon. Whenever I've had an issue the team replies very quickly and is very helpful. Shipping is efficient and I find the process very simple. Once in my apartment someone stole my package but the team helped me resend at a discount and now I always pay extra for buyer protection.
