I have purchased numerous watch straps from Handdn. They are always high quality and craftsmanship. My go to for custom watch straps. Lot of choices in material and options in design.

I can’t understate how good their communication is. They reached out to confirm the details of my custom order, then politely questioned certain specific requested dimensions which I then realized were wrong because I mis-measured. That attention to detail speaks to their experience and thoughtfulness, and of course it saved me some embarrassment!

Excellent product. Doesn’t stretch out over time and use. Smaller band for my small wrist. No excess strap sticking out. Great color and material choices. Already have 2 Apple Watch bands

Support is hit or miss. I have wanted to reorder the short part of the strap as I ordered it a bit too short (my mistake). I have repeatedly contacted support asking if I can just order the short part, a response takes days. I finally was told the price of just ordering that part but no way of placing the order. Still waiting for a response after two email requests.

Very good quality leather straps made specifically to a customer's personal preferences. Their customer service representatives are very helpful, friendly and attentive, making sure that they know exactly what you're looking for and will find the right product to match. Highest rating as far as customer service is concerned. Final product is also very good quality. Exceeds expectations for the price point.

Giving these guys 5 stars ... I thought they made a mistake on my order and the mistake was mine. I had misjudged the lug width of my Omega Speedmaster Reduced. I feel bad I gave a one star review when it was on me.

Great quality product, refined suede, and exquisite colors.

The strap was very well made and the attention to detail was amazing. I’m enjoying it and it made my blue Tudor Blue Pelegos look even better.

Color wasn’t brown. It’s an antique brown. Cheap looking. I’d love my money back, but my last name is engraved on the backside. I wouldn’t have had it engraved had I thought it was going to be something else than brown. The picture looked brown and it was described as brown. I feel misled.
