Amazingly responsive Customer Service. Great brand, with amazing attention to detail.

I had a great experience at Delugs at the Raffles location with Jeff. I loved the combination we came up with for my Wimbledon 36mm - crisp color match with the emerald band, although I wish I could've had a waffle or mosaic pattern on the Emerald band to give it a little extra flare.

Honestly, from start to finish, it was a great showcase of the product - from learning about the brand, to style / color selection, to seeing the in-store customization with the croc skin and clasps, to checking out the Ming partnership and a seamless product purchase process. Really everything you want to geek out on as someone who appreciates supply chain, story and watchmaking.

Jeff's attention to detail was greatly appreciated.

Recently purchased a Fitwell Micro-Adjust Buckle from Delugs. The purchasing process was seamless and the item arrived soon after. The product is a game-changer as you can now micro-adjust the comfort of your watch strap on the buckle! Highly recommended and will definitely buy from them again.

I had a minor issue with my order and they handled it immediately and their products are great.

My strap came slightly damaged in the mail. Delugs support was very easy to deal with in getting a replacement strap quickly and without much work on my end. I have not had much experience with shipping damage in general, but the experience with Delugs to swap out the damaged strap was top-notch. New strap looks amazing as well!

The customer service has been excellent! I had ordered a clasp that was on back order and they reached out to me to send me an alternative and that if it still didn’t meet my expectations they would refund me and send the the original part once it was in!

A seamless experience getting a new strap for my Snowflake. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and true watch enthusiasts. There is no shortage of straps to choose from too, and so is the perfect store to get your straps from.

First of all, it is not a luggage and bag store but an e-store for mainly watch straps and bands and not replacement bracelets. Their customer service is thus far good as they really do know their stuff and I have purchased a product from them which is also a high quality product, however, pricing wise, they are indeed more on the higher side.

This is some of the best customer service I’ve ever had with an online order. I’m a new watch collector, and a nervous one at that. I’d be annoyed by me…. But these guys went above and beyond to help me get what I needed and to feel comfortable.

Have been a loyal follower and customer of Delugs. The products are absolutely superb and as the cherry on top, customer service is truly second to none, Felip has helped me on multiple orders and incredibly helpful with any questions I had whether it be changing an order or needing help with a customer order.

They resell $15 rubber straps that you can find on AliExpress for over $100. Their straps aren't worth the money.

delugs specialises in high end personalised high quality straps.. using the strap finder 2.0 online app, and with delugs quick whatsapp responses i was able to pick out a perfect strap for my newly acquired patek calatrava. The overall experience was smooth and extremely satisfying.. I would highly recommend delugs to friends looking for quality straps !!
