Unfortunately my experience completely changed after ordering another mat from here. And i had the same issue with this mat and they are trying to blame me using it incorrectly even though i have another mat from another company just working fine. They are using different material which is small pieces glued to together so it doesn’t work same as 1 pice sponge. And kegs are flying around not safe!

Life doesn’t always go how we want.
Thanks to the professional way that Melanie has been very patiently dealing with me, I will now have exactly what is required for my old sack barrow, now it will have wheels that fit properly and puncture proof tires. Amazing customer service. Answered all my questions promptly and personally. Talked through how to use the equipment and any options for return and refund should it not meet my needs. This is a 5 star company.

Purchased equipment from Handle-iT many years ago, a few bits had started to wear/break from use, contacted the team, explained what I needed, the team were really helpful (even had the original order on file to match everything up), soon as the order was placed delivery dates and everything were provided. Really help, great communication and support. Keeping triggers broom going!

Despite there being some minor changes to the design of the trolley I ordered, there was excellent interaction with rapid solutions sought. Furthermore, I was expecting up to 6 weeks delivery and it ended up only about 2. I am now very pleased with the trolley, excellent quality.

From order to delivery in less than 24 hours,forget 4-6 weeks availability on website or even 2-3 days for delivery.
Brilliant powder coated wheels and shim washers and split pins included with immediate response to queries before order placed.
This firm far superior to other suppliers and worth the small extra cost for a quality product.

Don't Buy waste Ya time no delivery. Only phone Ya with lie. lost in post. 3-5 days if in store 7-10 days if not. blame Brexit/delivery.

Approach with caution. After ordering Warehouse trolleys we have 3 major finger trap issues not to mention noticing the weight was 75kg. Bearing in mind trolleys are designed to hold stock to be transported with ease around the Warehouse, we rejected these trolleys with H&S concerns for our people. After calling Handle-IT to explain these concerns, they proceeded to accept a return of the goods but at a charge for return courier AND a restock fee. There is also a manufacturing fault with the trolleys and a spring in the step mechanism falling out with nothing in place to secure it. After disagreeing with the cost for return courier, I raised my H&S concerns again and they quite clearly did not care. If you care more about the H&S of your employees, I would ensure working with more reputable suppliers in the future.
