The recipient loved the packaging and the quality of the wine and snacks

Invoice was incorrect and didn't match what i purposed and I didn't recieve the correct order due to "replacements" very disappointing and overpriced for such poor service

We asked Handpicked wine to make a selection of red and wine wines on our behalf. It was delivered within 48hours.
Every bottle that was opened was superb, and relatively inexpensive.We were delighted with the quality.The service was exceptional.

Where do I start? The range was superb! Such a fantastic selection of wines from around the world. Becky, the owner, thinks outside her Handpicked Box and sources exceptional wines (at great prices!) from around the globe. Her selection includes not only a wonderful range from France, Italy, Australia etc - it also includes a winning selection from Uruguay, Greece, Hungary, Georgia. Our clients were thrilled. What blew me away was the service - Becky dealt with a very (as in VERY!) last minute Christmas order of hampers and wines. She took it all in her stride. Nothing was too much for her. Service is second to none. She also offers wine subscriptions, and did I say hampers? Great value also. Oh... if you you want a good recommendation... the Georgian red - divine! One of the best I've had.

I'm sorry but their attempt to get your personal data for marketing is underhand and not professional.
I entered my details to get 10% but you only find out when you try to check out that the minimum spend is £100.
I've not proceeded with my order, unsubscribed from the marketing and posted this review.
This is not acceptable behaviour.
