The final price is ALWAYS confirmed on site, once our team can assess the actual volume, weight, type of waste, access, and loading requirements in person.

That said, we appreciate that any change in price must be explained clearly and professionally before the work goes ahead. We’re sorry if this was not communicated as smoothly as it should have been.

Regarding flexibility on price, this usually means that we will do our best to review the quote where possible, but it does not always mean that every requested price can be accepted, especially if the job involves more waste, weight, or loading time than expected.

We are also very sorry to hear that the van did not have sufficient space to complete the collection as expected. This is something we would normally do our best to resolve, as if the rubbish turns out to be more than initially stated, we can usually arrange a second trip or send another team and vehicle to complete the job. We work with both Luton and caged vans, and we always aim to make sure that proper scheduling and suitable vehicle allocation are in place for each collection.
