Absolutely shameful company, with no regard for their customers. Appalling behaviour, awful, non existent "customer Service", shocking to deal with, despite being a loyal customer of over 11 years. I would urge anyone considering using this company not to, it would be a total waste of time, energy and money.

Stephen M from Haydock Grounds is a kind and considerate person, and he does a fantastic job when he visits our grounds.

Au début j’ai envoyé des mail , je recevais un message disant que le message était pris en compte , jamais de retour !!! Ensuite j’appelais, idem jamais de retour et finalement je me suis tourné vers un commercial et toujours pas mieux
je ne demande pas de payer moins cher , je demande juste à ne pas payer une prestation non fournie , cela me parait être la moindre des choses ,
Personne ne fait rien, j’ai le sentiment de ne pas être écouté et c’est cela depuis le début , et j’ai juste le droit de payer plutôt le devoir pour rien

Har de via hemförsäkringen, men de har viftat bort att vi har råttproblem, de har vid två tillfällen varit hit och satt ut slagfälla trots att de inte hjälpt tidigare. När vi väl har bilder på råttan från övervakning så erkänner de att de kan vara en råtta, detta efter att ha idiotförklarat oss och haft riktigt dålig attityd. Men de hjälper inte till med nå mer, får till svar att snart är det varmt och de kommer flytta ut och äta mat ute istället.

Riktigt otrevlig karl som knappt var här i knappt 5 min, där han hann prata nedvärderande om familjens hund (han tyckte inte om hundar), idiotförklara oss och sen surt nog sätta ut en större slagfälla efter bildbevis (vi hade en lika med samma bete). Så … Förvänta er inte att ni får hjälp av dessa.

Paul Gordon from Initial is fantastic and such a credit to the company. Every week he calls to collect our clinical waste/sharps etc. he is extremely happy and takes pride in his work. Always asks how everyone is.

Une honte, impossible de résilier il faut s'y prendre 6 mois a l'avance ( je m'y suis pris 5mois et demi avant) j’ai plus de personnel pour mettre les blouse depuis déjà deux ans et je repart pour 4 ans. 6 ans a payer pour rien des voleur. Déplus le service client m’avais dit d'envoyer un recommandé et que la résiliation serait effectué au 31/12 mais aujourd'hui recommandé pour me dire que la demande n'est pas recevable. Ne signé jamais avec eux

Been with this company for years for sharps waste for my salon clinic. And tbh this last year's been a complete joke. Missed collections, ignored emails and pointless phonecalls yet everything's paid for. Cancelling contract today. Please don't waste your energy on this company it will just cost you in time over and over again. Business distrufpted again ad this is the second incident of its kind

De hele ervaring was slecht. Na het eerste bezoek kwamen medewerkers niet opdagen bij gemaakte afspraken. De klantenservice zei steeds geen vragen te kunnen beantwoorden omdat zij het niet weten. Zeer onvriendelijk personeel aan de telefoon. Na maandenlang een contract te hebben, ontdekte men nu eindelijk, dat er geen lokaas in de slechts 3 vallen werd gedaan. Daarom geen muis gevangen zei men. Andere vallen wil men niet gebruiken. Ik vang de muizen nu zelf met een levendval. Het contract heeft geen waarde tot nu toe. Alleen maar ergernis gehad.

Been customer with them for 4 years. Last two years out of 4 years they make sure they received payment however 0 service! When reminded then of them that there are no service given reported per account, and need refund back, the manager cut the phone on the face. Then after hours of reaching out offered 1/3 of “credit” with increasing this year bill! All while comparatively other pest control service are charging half their cost in first place! It’s a scam. They only care to make sure to get payment in return no services are given. Spoke with operations managers Brad for Macon, GA region and spoke with Michael - branch manager for Macon, GA district . after to reach someone who is in charge! Looks to me like whole system is unethical. Even after knowing that technician did not provide service and finally after hours of phone call, he accepted it but he wouldn’t refund the money for service never given. and Rude - he just cuts the phone on your face ! He Barks and talk over you. Instead of solving he threatens to take the termite baits away if don’t pay more

Terrible service both during the work carried out and after when our complaint was escalated. They left a vulnerable 89 year old blind widow to deal with this appalling service and situation. We paid £1981.02 upfront for my elderly In Laws. The situation was desperate to get rid of the pests. The contract says 4 visits over 4 weeks. The engineer was constantly late or forgot appointments. The first one was on the 7th October then nothing until 20th October. My father in law sadly passed on the 16th October leaving a grieving elderly blind widow in her bungalow living with the pests. After many calls and emails we eventually got the work completed outside of their 4 week policy. There was damage to the newly laid kitchen Lino which is now a trip hazard. Our complaint was raised 10th November and we supplied pictures and invoice of the limo as requested by Managers Ben and Michael Green. We have not received any further correspondence. I’ve left numerous voice messages emails and calls to the office but no manager has responded. Yet again today I am awaiting a call from the local operations manager. We went with Rentokil as thought it was the best. Our appointments were always put at the end of the day and so were constantly late or no shows. The huge amount we paid does not reflect on the work carried out or the service received. I believe they took advantage of the vulnerability of an elderly blind grieving widow. Never use Rentokil, you will get a much cheaper, professional and efficient service elsewhere.

Des contrats de longue durée... avec des grosses indemnités si vous souhaitez résilier.. même lorsque vous avez travaillez avec eux pendant longtemps... aucun cadeau... et lorsque vous vendez votre commerce si vos successeurs ne reprennent pas la suite vous devez payer obligatoirement la fin de la prestation jusqu au terme final du contrat ! HONTEUX. Tout en précisant que lors des fériés vous n'avez pas forcément votre compte de tabliers et de torchons...A fuir

Superbra kille som kom i tid för att kolla upp ett eventuellt angrepp i vår källare. Han kom från Kalmar. Vi hade kopplat in de via trygg hansa.
