We’ve checked your purchase and can confirm that two different brands were sent, as per your order. As the items come from different designers, there can occasionally be slight variations in fit and label design between manufacturers.
That said, if an incorrect size was sent in error, we’ll of course be happy to rectify this for you. Our team will reach out to you directly to look into this further and make sure everything is resolved to your satisfaction.

I can only cut and paste my previous review from 5th August, which reads,
I heave been shopping at Hansfords for years, I split my time between living in Australia and the UK and Hansfords ships to Australia almost as fast as I can fly there and is one of the last bastions of traditional and quirky fashion left standing outside london.
Can't recomend them enough.
Take a look at the shocking state of Britains high streets and then if you are near Chichester, visit Hansfords and cheer yourself up.
If you don't live in the area, Hansfords website will work as a splendid retail therapy.
one last thing, Ladies don't be put off by the menswear bit, there are some spectacular shirts and other apparal available that would make you look even more gorgeous.

Always helpful with great quality clothing. Being tall i find it difficult to get clothes to fit well. Hansfords go over and above to help me find what I need. Needed a jacket too but currently out stock hence reduced score this time
