Good experience. Great staff.

Normally visit a store but this was first time online purchase. Good experience but unfortunately items required to be returned due to fit.
Returned to store and I would say that all staff in the Slater’s stores I have dealt with (Stirling, Glasgow and Ayr)are super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. A credit to Slater Menswear. Well done.

Shocking Service

I paid for next day delivery, item should have arrived Tuesday, did not arrive until Thursday ad that was to late for what I needed the suit for.

Then when the item was delivered, it was at the wrong house, not even the same row of houses, in someones bin!!

When I phoned to say that I had not received the item I was told it was my fault as I had said leave in a safe place ( which was my porch). The problem was the items were not delivered to the correct address so defiantly not in the safe place.

I will not be using your service again.

I am so sorry that your order failed to be delivered correctly by DPD, and instead was left in a bin at the incorrect address.

This is clearly not the level of service we expect, and I appreciate how frustrating this must have been, especially as the suit did not arrive on time.

The delivery issue was raised directly with DPD and I have been informed that the driver has been spoken to.

I can confirm that we have now received your return and your refund has now been processed.

Professional Staff and Great Quality Formal Wear

I purchased a two-piece suit, an overcoat, and a pair of shoes from Slater Menswear in Hull. The staff were very friendly and professional. They helped me choose the right style and size within my budget. I really appreciated that they listened to my requirements rather than trying to push their products.

The quality of the items I purchased is very good, and the prices are reasonable for the level of quality. They also offer free trouser alterations, which I used, and the service was excellent.

I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to buy formal wear for professional events and other occasions.

Ordered 4 tuxedo suits, tailoring was utter crap

Ordered 4 tuxedo suits. Tailoring all wrong had to travel 30 miles again while they fixed it. Then on night of our biggest event in our business calendar. Went to attach the braces to the buttons that had been added by tailoring team. Both buttons fell off in my hand. I’m now sitting while one of our staff tries to run around Milton Keynes trying to find black needle and thread.

We have spent over 3000 with you in last year, you will never get another penny from our team.

I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your experience. I have looked at your online order and can see that this was delivered to you the following day. However, I completely understand your frustration that the suits were not as expected and that the sizing did not meet your needs.

We do aim to provide accurate sizing information, but do appreciate that the fit can vary and I am sorry that these were not suitable for you. We also offer free alteration service within all of our stores on all suits purchased https://www.slaters.co.uk/free-alterations

We offer a free returns service by DPD and please our DPD Returns Portal https://our-returns.dpd.co.uk/SLATERMENSWEAR to print your returns label or create a QR code.

Alternatively the suits can be returned to your local Slaters store along with the paperwork that was enclosed and the staff will be on hand to assist.
