Metto una stella anche se avrei dovuto metterne zero.
Ho soggiornato ad Antibes nella prima settimana di maggio. Nel residence ho subito il furto di due valigie in quanto il cancello rotto non è mai stato sistemato.
Nessuna volontà di Hapimag di rimborsare il furto scaricando sull'assicurazione.

Die Bewertung betriift Avonde, das Restaurant. Unsere Erfahrung: Essen geschmacklos und billigst angemacht, dafür viel zu teuer. Wein auch geschmacklos - in den günstigsten Restaurants (und wir haben sehr viele ausprobiert) bekommt man für 2€ pro Glas einen vielfach besseren Wein. Wir sind in Portugal - bester Wein !!

This is literally the worst company. Do not rent. We got a room in Lisbon and thought that it was very affordable. We checked out and everything was fine and my recollection is that we paid around $200. Then I suddenly have a bill for another $250 that they say I owe or they’re going to send me to a debt collector??? These are very unscrupulous people and I can’t even pay the invoice because the number that they sent me isn’t correct what a bunch of idiots.

Sehr gute Hotelgruppe, immer mit deutschsprachigem Service. Nett, sauber, immer gute bis beste Lage, immer eine 4 Sterne Ausstattung... Sehr mit Kindern, welche schulpflichtig sind, zu empfehlen, da das Preis/Leistungs Gefüge stimmt.

Der Chefkellner, Çağrı-Bey hat es geschafft unsere bis dahin top Laune und Erfahrung mit dieser Anlage zu verderben. Er war absolut nicht gastfreundlich und hat uns wie Kunden auf dem Marktplatz behandelt. Die Freundlichkeit seiner Mitarbeiter hat er böse ermahnt.
Zur Vorgeschichte wir sind mit einer 9er Damengruppe auf Empfehlung eines Clubmitgliedes M.C. auf dieses Hotel aufmerksam geworden bis zu diesem besagten Tag waren wir auch 120% zufrieden. Wir hatten alle Tage am Rand des Esssaales einen 9er Tisch vom Manager reserviert bekommen. Am letzten Tag hat oben genannter Chefkellner diesen Tisch anderweitig vergeben. Auf ganz höfliche Bitte hin uns auch einen 9er Tisch zur geben (wenn es möglich sei, und wir haben nicht darauf bestanden), hat er uns derbe verbal angefaucht sodass wir uns vor Ort über seine Art mit uns zu reden beschwert haben.

Sono socio Hapimag da tantissimi anni e questa estate ho trascorso 1 settimana presso lo Chateau de Chabenet in Francia. Lo vendono come vacanza da favola ma così non è. Bella struttura ma veramente pessima accoglienza, ed è molto chiara la poca simpatia per gli ospiti italiani, addirittura etichettandoti “Les Italien”.
Servizi inesistenti: wi-fi non funzionante, pulizia e riassetto della camera davvero discutibili, piscina sporca, giardino poco curato. Il prezzo che ho pagato non vale l’esperienza.

Budapest. Città bellissima.
Ma noi Franca,Laura e Melania abbiamo potuto assaporarne al meglio grazie all'aiuto di Francesco, eccezionale guida italiana.
Ci ha accompagnato passo passo dalla nascita di questa città e di questa nazione agli ultimi anni tristi e bui della sua storia.
Non ci ha dato solo delle nozioni storiche ma ci ha introdotte negli angoli più curiosi di questa città dandoci consigli gastronomici e guidando i con dei messaggi anche quando non era con noi.
Come guida la consigliamo caldamente ad ognuno di voi. Non solo è molto preparato e competente ma è anche una piacevole compagnia. Suggeriamo anche alla struttura Hapimag di consigliarlo agli ospiti ancora prima del loro arrivo in modo di poter avere la sicurezza della sua guida.
Vi assicuriamo che ne vale veramente la pena.

We arrived two hours before the event in usherhall as hotel we originally booked did not have a bath. We are both disabled and needed a bath to ease our pains. We phoned and arrived without any reservation and a lady at reception did everything to book us in and showed us to classic suit with huge bath with jacuzzi. Room was spacious with largest bed we ever seen and tastefully furnished. Hotel was quiet and amenities are well thought out with plates and cuttleries. It was almost same price with other cheap hotel we originally booked. We had a very nice and enjoyable stay for our 20th aniversary. We will book again in future. Thank you for your kindly service when we arrived crippled without any reservation.

Oltre a non essere per nulla conveniente, non rispondono. Come tutte le aziende inutili e poco serie, se si tratta di propinarti pacchetti, sono super disponibili; se si deve vendere, non rispondono, scrivono mail farlocche solo per farti perdere tempo e spillarti piu soldi. Procedero nei loro confronti con azione legale. Datevi all alpeggio!!!

Hapimag costringe i propri soci a versare una quota annuale per poter usufruire delle strutture ricettive. Oltre alla quota annuale, viene richiesto un costo per i servizi in loco variabili in base alla durata del soggiorno. Quindi, oltre all'acquisto dell'azione, considerando tutti i costi aggiuntivi, se non si va in vacanza nei resort almeno una volta all'anno....il.costo del soggiorno diventa esagerato per i servizi offerti....in pratica risulterà più conveniente, pratico, confortevole e libero usufruire di una struttura alberghiera a 4 stelle....o più..

J'ai découvert le groupe Hapimag cette année en séjournant 2 semaines au village de Cefalù (Italie). Je trouve que c'est un super système pour des vacances avec des enfants. En plus, tout compte faite, c'est même économique.
Je le conseille vivement.

Très beaux hotels/appartements en France, Espagne et Autriche avec des employés très attentionnés. Dommage que le resort de Chamonix ai fermé!
