We were delighted by the position of the apartment: we could reach the sea within a few minutes, and the city of Lugano and so on.
And the apartment itself was great. The only thin we would appreciate for the next time is to change the mattress of the bed in the parent´s room.

THIS IS A NICE CLEAN AND SPACIOUS APPARTMENT IN A VERY PLEASANT AREA OF VERONA NOT FAR FROM PUBLIC TRANSPORTS. THIS WAS VERY EASY TO PARK OUR CAR FOR FREE.
THE OWNER SHOULD ADD SOME KITCHEN UTENSILS AND A EUROPEAN COFFEE MAKER.

Superbe expérience dans un lieu magique. Je recommande.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable située dans le centre historique de Sanremo. L'emplacement est vraiment unique : immergé dans le charme intemporel des rues pavées du village médiéval, mais incroyablement calme et paisible, loin du chaos de la ville. juste Il faut être sportif pour monté toutes ses marches afin d'arriver au logement. Mais cela vaut le coup l'appartement, récemment rénové, est accueillant et soigné dans les moindres détails. Il est équipé de tout ce qu'on a besoin pour passer de bonne vacances (même une petite boîte à pharmacie) ainsi que la climatisation.
Depuis la terrasse exclusive et entièrement équipée, vous pourrez profiter d'une vue imprenable sur toute la Riviera dei Fiori. Couchers et levers de soleil de cartes postales !
Propreté et hygiène impeccables, et très calme pour de bonne nuit.
Félicitations à l'hôte Roberto pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Il a répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions.

Wonderful location with mountain view and plenty of nature around. 10‘ walk to supermarket, bakery, butcher‘s and pharmacy. Outdoor activities almost next door. Well equipped. Only the sinks are a bit small for wet shavers.

Wir verbrachten im August 10 Tage in der Unterkunft wir waren bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten sehr zufrieden wenn man ein Problem hatte wurde das umgehend gelöst leider konnte fast keiner Deutsch sprechen
leider haben wir bei der Ankunft kein WLAN Passwort bekommen und man konnte keine Deutschen Fernsehsender empfangen auf Anfrage kam dann ein Mitarbeiter und hat uns die Sender eingestellt allerdings gab es nur 2 Sender was vielleicht noch ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre wenn an den Fenstern Fliegengitter angebracht werden und eine Klimaanlage oder zumindest ein Ventilator in der Wohnung wäre da man Nachts nicht durchlüften konnte weil es noch 30 Grad hatte

This review is specific to ID 5248, which is based in Sitio do Calahonda, Andalucia. This apartment is one of 51 apartments in a RESIDENTIAL community. I have lived here for 11 years and every Summer the residents have been plagued by noise and bad behaviour from tourists!
Most people here are either retired or have families here, they work and the children have to go to school. People who rent believe this is a holiday community, in fact our law states that this is designated as a NON-tourist community, and some people who rent out here do so illegally (not saying this specifically to this apt ).
So I would warn anyone who is thinking of coming to Sitio de Calahonda to carefully check out the facts.
The Community rules does not allow noise after 11pm, there are strict rules regarding the pool area and over the past few years Security and then Police have been called to incidents. Please be aware that you sign a declaration of good behaviour and if this is broken it will probably mean an eviction!
I know this sounds tough, but if you have worked hard and deserved your holiday, please make sure it is in a proper tourist community. The law in Spain is very much against tourists who cause distress to residents in Communities such as el Puente Dos.
Please be careful about where you go and seek written assurances as to what the Community will allow, ask to see the Community/pool rules and also a copy of the declaration you will sign...more and more communities in Andalucia have banned tourist rental, SOME owners will carry on illegally but this is high risk and punishment is hard!
Just imagine coming back in the early hours of the morning,sitting out on the balcony creating noise (talking too loud/music) and next thing you have the police on your doorstep, possible eviction AND maybe your deposit not paid back.
Me writing this review is due to so many bad incidents....I hope it also helps you to find somewhere suitable....cheers

I am NOT a customer so there is no reference, They have the ID of the property but I can enlarge on that and state that it is apt 27, el Puente Dos, Calahonda, Mijas Costa, Malaga 29649.
My review is not that of a customer, but of a resident which is obvious..the point of my review is to warn people of a possible bad experience. If you are lively party goer type people or maybe with youngsters who can be noisy then the review may well help you...if you are quiet and just looking to relax then this MAY be helpful to you.
Although the "Date of Experience" only allows you to give one date, this has been an ongoing issue for several years.

Nous avons réserve 3 semaines la maison Casa Acone. le sejour a été très agréable.
La maison correspondait parfaitement à la description. Elle grande, calme.
Le village est calme, la vue est magnifique.
Nous avons eu quelques questions durant le séjour, les réponses était extrement rapide.
Je te conseille vivement Casa Acone

Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber, die Betten nicht frisch bezogen. Rollo lag defekt im Schlafzimmer.
Die Wohnung ist an sich gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung hat ein Badezimmer. Die Waschmaschine ist sehr laut.
WLan per SIM Karte, dh am Ende des Monats hatten wir kein Datenvolumen mehr.
Die Parkplatzsituation ist nicht optimal in Vesio. Die Anfahrt von Limone ist spannend. Runter glühen die Bremsen.
Für das Gesamtpaket war es definitiv zu teuer.

Leonardo and Happy rental team were very helpful and answered promptly all our queries.
The house itself is very beautiful it keeps the Tuscan tradition but with a touch of modern revival. The plus is air conditioning which can be useful during the summer.
The rooms are spacious and so is the kitchen area.
Thanks a lot and we hope we can reserve Leonardo’s home also next year.

Bedo House Beach Front-Follonica: Appartamento delizioso, pulito, dotato di ogni comfort. Stanze ampie e un balconcino dove si può anche mangiare. Perfetto perché a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro. Staff cordialissimo.

Vacance en Italie cette année nous avons était déçus du logement qui était pas très propre intérieur poussiéreux et qui avais une mauvaise odeur les meuble de jardin à remplacer car trop abîmé pour moi ce logement est à refaire nous avons déjà louer plusieurs fois et on avais toujours bien aimé sauf cette année

Wij boekten een appartement met zeezicht in het hoofdgebouw van Porto Letizia in Porlezza. Het was helemaal wat ik gehoopt had! Een prachtig uitzicht over het meer , een ruim en schoon appartement. De inventaris was wat beperkt maar het Nespresso apparaat maakte alles goed ;)
Enige minpunt waren de stopcontacten, de stekkers passen niet overal even goed in P14.
