I had my first Spa Fresh visit last week and I have to say as a new hot tub owner I’m glad I took the additional service out. It certainly made my life easier and the service as always was first class. Rob was amazing, thorough and extremely patient with all my questions. Thanks Rob.

Really quick turnaround time, staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Delivery day went very smoothly, the team explained every to us and the website is great to check information as a reminder. Couldn’t be happier!

This was the first time I dealt with the company and was amazed at the help and courtesy given.
I ordered a replacement hot tub cover and was quoted a lead time of 4/6 weeks.
It arrived today in 2 weeks fantastic service.

I'm very satisfied with the service received from Happy hottubs. At the start of the process in the shop. James explained both the tub features and the processes involved in maintenance well which filled me with confidence to proceed. He undertook a site visit to ensure access was suitable etc and provided what I felt was honest opinions on what works best.
The delivery team worked hard and carefully moved the tub into position through my neighbours garden; completing the installation by talking me through the chemical monitoring etc. Since instalation someone has rung to ask how its going and James from the store has emailed to ask as well, so I do feel supported should i have any issues moving forward. I feel all aspects were professionally handled and have no grumbles.

I ordered a replacement custom sized pool cover which arrived when it was promised and is perfect. I supplied Ed with the measurements and positioning of straps etc and it fits like a glove, and looks great. I can thoroughly recommend Happy Hot Tubs.

Initially spoke to Gary at the Littlehampton branch. He was really superb and explained the relative merits of various of the hot tubs. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Chose a model and the installers were also excellent. Really can't fault the whole team - would thoroughly recommend.

I live in Guernsey and its usually so much hassle dealing with UK Companies regarding VAT issues and delivery - Harry had all the answers before I even asked the questions - such a welcome change from the usual hassle!! I bought my Azure hot tub 2 years ago and have never regretted a single day since I bought it. The service and after care I have received from Rob who took over as manager from Tim at Alver Garden Centre has been second to non. The human factor definitely improves customer service and a friendly helpful approach goes a long way. Thank you today for promptly helping me out with my questions and my annual service is booked in.

Incredible service from Happy Hot Tubs on multiple occasions. Deliveries have been free next day, even coming earlier than expected when I ordered late on a Friday!
Also super sweet touch to receive a festive duck! :) Thanks HHT, I will definitely be returning for more chemicals etc for my hydrotherapy centre and have recommended you to all my friends with pools!

What a fabulous experience. Rob Savage the manager at the Gosport branch was fantastic, helped us explore the models and options, even came and measured our gazebo the same night!
Toby and his team delivered, fitted and set us up today and were courteous, and professional. They took us through the set up, hot tub menus and maintenance and we have full confidence in Happy Hot tub’s support going forward.. and has our first dip tonight.. simply thrilled and can’t wait to use daily going forward!

Been a long time customer of chemicals from Happy Hot Tubs but recently made the considerable investment in a replacement custom made Hot Spring Envy cover. This was half the price of the original Hot Spring cover. The assistance I received via a lengthy email chain getting the measurements just right was excellent and really appreciated. Though it took a while to come, understandably as it was custom made, it arrived today and fit my tub perfectly. Will be staying a Happy Hot Tub customer for a long time!

I was unsure what cover to go for for my hot tub. These lovely gentleman called me and we worked through some options looking at photos and measurements. They helped me select a quality product which fitted my hot tub perfectly. They gave me a discount and delivery was extremely quick, within 2 days. The excellent customer service sets these guys apart, coupled with extremely competitive pricing and prompt delivery. Well done Happy Hot Tubs - I’ll be back.

Excellent from start to finish, needed a new hot tub cover , Harry and Ed really helpful getting this sorted for me as it was made to measure in USA and shipped to me, came today they gave me advice on how to install, looks great thanks. Also their service team helped me with another matter with a fault I had with my tub.
Nothing too much trouble thanks again for all your help.

I have used Happy Hot Tubs in the past to order chemicals and accessories and have found their prices very competitive.
My last order was for a new cover, for which I had to send in measurements online. As a confirmation of some details I received a phone call from the company asking to qualify some of the measurements I had sent. I spoke to Harry, who was happy, cheerful and very helpful. We clarified the measurements and in due course my hot tub cover arrived on the day the company estimated. The cover was well packaged and protected. It was the delivery driver who was less than careful getting the package out of the van!
The cover fitted exactly. It is very well made and a perfect colour match for the tub. Care instructions were included.
Today, I needed to order some more chemicals and accessories online. Unfortunately, the points I had accumulated from previous orders had not been updated. I rang the company and explained that my account had not been updated and I was put through to Harry. As usual, helpful, cheerful and communicative. He sorted out my points discount by talking me through what I needed to do online. Job done, discount applied, order sent.
One of the great things about Happy Hot Tubs is the personal touch. When I phoned, someone answered straight away; not recorded message, no multi-option buttons to press, just a nice respectful voice at the other end. I was put through to Harry straight away and we had a nice chat(as we did last time) and he was excellent. What I also like is that I was treated respectfully as a customer. Both company employees used my surname. None of this 'can I call you ....' as if they were my best mate. Professional customer service make a world of difference to me. Rob provided me with plenty of options when looking for a replacement hot tub. The strobe model matched my expectations and pocket. The delivery and installation team were fantastic and
guided me through all the features of the new tub. An excellent experience all round, customer support and the service team make the dream work.

The expertise at the end of the phone was a godsend and my order arrived very promptly. Really good value for money.

Great experience again with happy hot tubs! Brought a free flow mini 8 years ago and thanks to Rob at the gosport branch we managed to upgrade to a new happy 25. Rob gave us loads of affordable options and even collected our old tub for us within the cost. The delivery team were great and the whole process has been quick and easy.
