From the very first visit to Happy Hot Tubs in Cadnam, the experience has been outstanding. James looked after us brilliantly – he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient, answering all our questions without any pressure. Buying a hot tub felt like a big decision, but James made it easy and exciting.

On delivery day, the team were just as impressive. They arrived right on time, were careful and professional moving the hot tub into place, and took the time to explain everything clearly before they left. Nothing felt rushed, and they left everything spotless.

We’ve already enjoyed our first few days in the hot tub and it honestly feels like the best decision we’ve made for our home. The whole process has been smooth, stress-free and a real pleasure thanks to James and the Happy Hot Tubs team. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone – five stars all the way!

From ordering from James at Dorset county show to installation I can not rate them high enough. Everything was spot on. The delivery and install was brilliant. My grandson is very happy. After sales was spot on as well. If you are thinking about getting a hot tub give them a call you won’t regret it.

Its so rare to engage with a Company whose staff are all so helpful, encouraging and truly invested in their jobs. Our recently purchased Hotspot Propel is a perfect fit for our needs, just as James told us it would be. Delivery was bang on schedule and comprehensive. My Happy Hot Tubs experience starts back in April this year when my wife and I visited the Gosport branch and met Rob Savage. The showroom had a range of tubs to view and Rob even said we could climb into any of them if we wished to do so.
I’m a bit of a details man so asked lots of questions which Rob was able to answer and he even made a phone call to one of his colleagues to check that an ozone generator could be fitted. We decided there and then to place an order for a Limelight Strobe four person hot tub but specified that installation couldn’t take place until early September. This was no problem at all and Rob took us through everything we needed including a complementary chemicals pack and a referral voucher for my son, who had put us onto Happy Hot Tubs as he has had one for more than four years.
During the time between order and installation Rob kept in touch and answered several more questions I had. He did a site visit as we would need the tub to be craned over a flat part of our roof. He took loads of photos and arranged the crane for us.
He even asked me to send him photos of the base I was building, on our slightly sloping garden, to make sure there would be no issues.
Another nice touch is we received an email welcoming us to the Happy Hot Tubs family together with a discount voucher for any accessories we needed, which included matting for the hot tub to sit on as the base top was pea shingle and sharp sand.
An install date of the 2nd September was agreed and a couple of days prior Rob confirmed the time of arrival and names of the install team and the crane driver.
Install day I received a text from James and Krum, the install team, confirming their arrival time. They arrived on time and went through the installation process and checked the base and positioning that I required.
The crane truck arrived on schedule and after a couple of attempt got the truck up the driveway and carefully craned the tub over the flat roof and into position on the base.
James and Krum then set about adjusting the position of the tub and installing it, which took a little over one hour.
James then gave me a thorough run through on each of the chemicals, the schedule of maintenance and how to use all the controls. He checked that everything was working correctly and they removed all the packaging.
Rob asked me to send him some photos of the completed job and also checked that everything had gone to plan and that I was happy.
Happy Hot Tubs say we are part of their family and my wife and I certainly feel that we are. Thanks Rob, James and Krum.
The company fully deserve their five star rating and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wanting to purchase a hot tub.

Happy Hot tubs delivered our hot tub a few days ago now.
But right from the get go with ordering the Hot Tub from James at the Cadnam branch, the experience has been pleasant.
Communication has been fantastic, all the way through, right upto the delivery/ installation.
After sales also has been great.

Recently bought my 2nd Highlife Envoy from Happy Hot Tubs in May. The sale was easy with helpful and more than competitive pricing. Most importantly it wasn’t an aggressive sell, rather a patient and helpful experience.
After sales support has also been second to none and they have pulled out all the stops to ensure my experience has been outstanding.

I have been a customer of Happy Hot Tubs for a number of years. Items ordered are always delivered on time and great quality. I recently ordered a Cover for my tub. I used it for a while but i had obviously ordered the wrong size. I contacted Ed at their customer service department who were extra helpful and efficient. Despite the fact that I had used it and that it was completely my fault; Happy Hot Tubs replaced it free of charge and straight away. I would recommend calling them first with concerns over required sizes before making your purchase as they are very knowledgeable. Excellent service all round.

Finally got the hot tub I’ve been planning for some time. First met Rob, my local sales rep at the country fair where they had a stand. Rob always kept in touch and updated me with news and offers and was instrumental in me choosing Happy hot tubs. The installation team arrived and were outstanding, friendly and professional and had the tub ready in no time and guided me through each step of operation. Outstanding service from everyone and would highly recommend Happy Hot tubs.

Bought my first proper Hot tub from Happy Hot Tubs around 3 months ago from there worthing site and have just had my 1st service done by happy hot tubs by a lovely chap called rob
His attention to detail is truly amazing he also did a small speaker speaker replacement for me .
Gave me some great advice on Ph levels etc and also arranged next day delivery of a spa vac ( which i didn't realise existed until rob showed me them )

Happy Hot Tubs has lived up to their name. Delivery, and installation was carried out in a professional manner, and the controls fully explained. The sales staff are knowledgeable, and very helpful in answering queries, even basic ones. Based on our experience would certainly recommend.

Have used Happy Hot Tubs for a few spares and an Iopool floating sensor. Always been great service, and when the Iopool unit failed they were super quick to send a replacement. Definitively recommend using these guys for your hot tub needs.

Their customer service is second to none. I had an issue with a product and called Happy Hot Tubs. I got through to the wrong department but the person was very polite and took all my details and was very helpful. Ed returned my call within the hour. Although no fault of theirs he kindly offered to replace my faulty product, no questions, no quibble, and he was apologetic and exceedingly helpful. Got in touch with this company while looking for a specific lid, not going to be in stock for 6 weeks, got a call back the next day, to say they had sourced one, was put on website and I purchased immediately. Received exactly a week later and I live in a remote location, a Scottish island. Also gave me advice on what lifter, which I also ordered from them, received in 2 days. Fantastic company and great advisor Harry who dealt with my orders, would definitely recommend 👍🏻
