I highly recommend this company. Really nice contact and they are very helpful!

The absolute dedication and speediness of the chap who was assisting with my finance agreement meant I was able to drive away with my new car two days after going to see it. Any questions or updates I sent, I was answered almost immediately and they chased up everything for me quickly. Came away with a nice agreement and a new car, thanks Matthew!!

Second time financing with HMC and matthew did yet again an amazing easy job. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish.
Despite having bad credit, Happy Motor Finance were able to find me finance that suited my budget. They acted fast and payments were affordable. They weren't pushy, and I was quite surprised with how friendly and laid back they were unlike most brokers. They liased with the dealership on my behalf and I am happy that they got me the best deal. Whenever I had any concerns, they were upfront and honest and sorted out my queries straight away. I was happy to drive away with the motor I wanted. Thank you all that I dealt with.

From applying for finance to getting the car was 2 days, would have been 1 day if I hadn’t been working. Kirsty was prompt with replies and chased everything up very quickly.

What started as a 5 star review ended up with a one star happy were amazing to begin with but when I had issues with the car I had and rejected it it all changed messages were hit and miss told I couldn’t drive the car until it was collected which was over a week later explained I had no vehicle to be told there’s public transport 😡 had to constantly chase up getting car fetched then once collected which was on the thurs money could have gone back to happy the same day but after a phone call on the Friday I get told the dealer is away until Monday eventually he paid but then to be told by happy it was then in a queue in their accounts dept absolute joke three weeks without a car once the money was returned to the finance company I then found another car I gave happy the benefit of the doubt to prove themselves so I went back to them got the email with the figures for finance which showed an extra £240 when questioned a person at happy they told me it was dealers admin charge I called the dealer who told me they don’t charge admin fees this person then told me she had got the dealer to waive the extra £240 which actually wasn’t the case it was happy that had told the dealer they would waiver it after this I decided I wanted to deal with the finance company direct and not a broker happy in between to then receive messages from a person at happy to say well I hope you don’t get problems with your next car or you’ll have to deal with it yourself direct with the dealer then another message to say there’s no pleasing some people ! Well if that’s how happy treat their customers then I’m glad I decided not to be one anymore. I have all proof of what I have written.
