I received 3 calls within the space of 20 minutes, 2 texts, I blocked the number and then they called me from a different number. The 5th call I answered and confirmed I don't need the service as it's sorted and the advisor was laughing down the phone when I said I was going elsewhere.

I work in sales myself and was inappropriate and not how customers should be treated.

AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND GET YOUR HOPES UP!!!

Initially they was so helpful and friend which changed after I signed the agreement!

Kept telling me different time frames for the car, the never called back as promised, I had to constantly chase them!
Yesterday I called to ask if I can withdraw and go to another place or pick another day and they LIED told me no it’s a live agreement whereas I was actually in my cooling off period!! Later that day I called again and was told the car I signed for and was told the timeframe kept changing, actually got sold to someone else!! They wasn’t even going to tell me as I only found out when I called them!!

They told me I still can’t go to another place as they won’t close my agreement for a few weeks even though it’s the cooling off period as well as they broke the agreement by selling it to someone else!!

All they cared about was picking another car HAHAHAHA I WILL NEVER OICK A CAR THROUGH YOU!!

Have taken this further as well and legal action is being investigated. So Car Loans if you bother to read this I suggest you do what you are meant to for your customers.

Finding car loans UK is the best thing that has ever happened to me, I have physical disability's and my mental health hasn’t been that great, after being harassed and conned by another car dealership and a finance company that like to bully and intimidate people, to the point I nearly ended my life because of them, but Car loans UK , where very understanding and wanted to help me, I found a nice little fiat 500 lounge I literally fell in love with and car loans UK understood that, I explained everything I had been through, with reassurance that they don’t treat people badly,they also inspect the car your interested in,ensuring you that you won’t be buying an unsafe vehicle not fit for purpose, they helped me on my way to buying my beautiful’Nelly’ . I trust car loans UK explicitly and I am extremely happy and grateful for them in that they have given me my life back.
