I would like to start off by saying that I really enjoyed using this bag immensely. It is extremely light yet made with outstanding quality. The attention to detail and precision in the craftsmanship of it is very noticeable. It helped me carry my items that are sensitive without any worry since it was designed to be this way.

A very smart sleeve case for MacBooks. It fits perfectly and protects my laptop when travelling. It has been well made from high quality leather and should be hard-wearing. I’m delighted with my purchase!

Super Slim Card Holder with RFID Protection

This slim card holder has a key fatal flaw - in my experience the quickdraw pocket on the back of the wallet tears at the corners after less than 2 years usage. This pocket isn't reinforced at the corners and is just a bare cut in the leather. This keeps it slim but is poor design in my opinion as it will not last.

Harber accepted my complaint and provided me with a new wallet in a different design free of charge.

Mon conjoint m'a offert un sac à dos cuir pleine fleur (>500€!) en 2022.
J'ai rencontré plusieurs problématiques : le sac "rebique", ne tient pas droit et fait mal au dos, une des anse s'est carrément décousue (je l'utilise pour porter le PC, pas des parpaings !), la pochette devant "anti-vol" s'est carrément détachée du jour au lendemain sans accroc et sans pouvoir la remettre et...le sac DETEINT sur les vêtements (je n'ai passé aucune crème/déodorant ou que sais-je sur mes vêtements ou sur le sac comme me l'a écrit Harber !!) Mes chemises en soie coton et lin sont donc à jeter, non remboursées.
J'ai contacté le service client pendant plus d'un an, ce dernier a toujours refusé l'envoi d'un sac neuf ou le remboursement.
Le sac a été "réparé" deux fois (la deuxième fois mon conjoint a du faire 2h de route pour le déposer à un Fedex, et la seconde prendre carrément l'autoroute et faire 600 kms à nos frais pour récupérer le sac livré à notre ancienne adresse).
ET le sac revient toujours en déteignant sur les vêtements ! Je ne le porte donc plus.
J'ai envoyé photos et vidéos à Harber en prouvant mes dires et re-re-re-demandant le remboursement ou un envoi d'un sac neuf, réponse "que voulez-vous que nous fassions de ce sac ? Nous ne pourrons plus le revendre" (...)
Au bout d'une quarantaine de courriels, le service SAV ("Maria", entre parenthèses tout est basé en Espagne, seuls les prix sont Londoniens), me propose en dernier recours de me créditer le montant équivalent à l'achat initial pour que je rachète un sac neuf. Sauf que leurs prix ont augmenté en deux ans de 30 à 43% ! "Donc" j'en serai encore de ma poche de plusieurs centaines d'euros pour avoir non pas un mais peut-être deux sacs qui déteignent !!
Ce sont des personnes de mauvaises foi, qui n'en ont rien à faire du client, c'est du vol.
SVP n'achetez pas chez eux.

I went for the dark grey leather, and have been very pleased with the look and feel. It holds just the right number of cards, but stays slim, and the magnet clasp works well. There's not a lot of room for notes so I just keep one twenty in there. The little pull tag wasn't well illustrated on the website but essentially you can pull it to get cards out on the left, and when you push the cards back in, it pushes the tag back in as well. It is ideal now we have so many loyalty cards and payment cards on our phone. And big thanks for the birthday discount! The delivery was as smooth and efficient as ever from a quality delivery company, easily tracked from Spain.

I’ve purchased two cases now from Harber London and I could not be more pleased with the experience. Customer Service is above and beyond. The product quality is outstanding. Reminds me of how high end companies used to be.

Got the city backpack, I love the leather, it's very high quality. The compartments inside are perfect for my tech devices. It's what I was looking for.

Well made for passport and money. Soft leather slim profile to accommodate suit pocket. Money pocket will hold large size bills in divided pocket. The wallet combination contains slots pockets for 5 credit cards and additional storage pocket with pull tab. This will solve the problem of me carrying a separate passport holder and wallet for currency and credit cards. I recommend-- Robert Bennett
