Ordered a iPhone 16 Pro sleeve, when it arrived my iPhone would not fit in as the sleeve was too small so the item was not fit for purpose. I was told the sleeve would stretch in time, this is not good enough it should fit NOW!!
I had to pay at my cost to return the item.
Terrible service I would not recommend this company.

I had paid almost £100 for a leather MacBook Air sleeve only for it to arrived unfinished and not sewn together.

Pathetic quality control.

I have a flight in 2 days and this was meant for my travels, what a terrible company.

They also make you pay for your return shipping even though they messed up on quality control.

Awful experience with Harber. Maria their customer services advisor was rude and very blunt. They refused a price honour on a product as it was reserved for “influencers” which clearly shows the mentality of the company, they are all about social media satisfaction rather than customers. Also ignored me when I asked about statutory rights on a defect product which was ignored so I assume the product confidence is low.

An Absolutely Disastrous Experience!

After ordering my MacBook sleeve, I waited two weeks for it to arrive. Upon opening my order, I realized that the value for money was simply unacceptable. For the price I paid, there are far superior products available. The return process was lengthy and involved numerous emails. I eventually sent the product back and had to wait an additional five weeks for my refund. To make matters worse, I had to pay €20 for shipping. This was my first and last order with Harber London. It was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend it to anyone!

J'ai reçu une pochette en cuir pour MacBook Pro qui a des défauts esthétique,la laine intérieur n'est pas égale et cela fait des bosses sur le cuir.Je contacte le magasin afin d'expliquer le problème.La personne me dit que cela peut arriver car ils sont fait a la main et me propose 10 % de remise.Je lui explique que cela ne me va pas et que je préfère renvoyer l'objet car a 100 euros je veux un modèle impeccable comme sur les photos de leurs site.Et depuis je n'ai plus aucunes nouvelles.Cela fait 6 jours et je n'ai pas de réponse.Il y a beaucoup de méprit pour les clients.Je déconseille fortement d'acheter sur ce site.J'ai engagé un litige sur PayPal pour objet qui ne correspond pas a sa description.

Finally i find it at Harber. The only one to purpose a high quality product and a more beautiful issue than Aplle plastic shell !

Product knowingly not in stock but taking customer money for it. Can’t call them and they don’t notify you without chasing them. Nothing on the site says it is out of stock or how long you have to wait. Awful - avoid this place!!!

The product have a perfect fit with my new iPad Pro 11inch M4 and the quality of this Messenger Bag it’s huge. The leather is beautyful to see and to touch. The interior have a great organizer where can stay all my EDC. I’m very proud to have choosed this brand!

The black and brown leather Apple Ultra modern leather watch straps are the best I can find from the point of view of quality, value and the right size match for my Ultra. The customer service is excellent as I received a replacement order immediately after the delivery company messed up the first one

To me what made my experience grate was that i had a small problem, but one day later after i reached out i got a email with help from one of there support members which was awesome and i really appreciate it from them because some companies don’t even bother to respond or anything! I recently purchased the Tech Dopp Kit, and I must say, it's really is a beautiful thing. The quality of the leather and the general building quality is amazing. It's not huge, which wasn't what I wanted, but it does have enough room for my travel essentials.
