After Charlie came to us for a visit to our property we knew he was the only person we wanted to sell our house. His service was immaculate, he sold our property for the right price, and we were extremely happy with the service. Harbor are one of the best and I can recommend him enough!

Charlie, Jason and the full team at Harbor provided excellent service from start to finish. I met with multiple estate agencies and ultimately decided to choose Harbor based on their expertise and knowledge of the local property market. My house was on the market for 2 weeks in total when we accepted an offer which exceeded our expectations.

I cannot thank Jason and team enough for all the help I received from Harbor Properties whilst selling my property, even with the very unusual circumstances that surrounded the sale I felt in very safe hands as no idea where to start. They went above and beyond to help me get my property to the standards needed to be sold for its maximum value, with such ease due to me living abroad and with me not been able to be there to oversee the sale of the property. Cannot fault these guys. Really lovely, helpful staff. Charlie has been incredible throughout the whole process of selling. Real genuine and accurate information and advice, always got back to me and nothing was a hassle, everything was handled so well.

I interviewed six different estate agents, local and national, before deciding on Harbor. It was a good decision. As with some other reviews here, our sale ended up being quite protracted and stressful. It seems that the industry standard for solicitors (buying and selling) is to operate at a speed that makes glacial look recklessly fast. Combine that with the inevitable concerns over how serious the buyer's intentions are, and there is huge scope for frustration and failed sales. Harbor are excellent in managing the process from marketing through to sale, but most importantly are actively involved in keeping communication channels open throughout with all parties involved. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Harbor are an estate agent who go the extra mile and really give you the personal touch. All the staff were helpful, polite and professional throughout, and we felt we were in safe hands with them. The sale of our house was far from a straightforward process, and did involve a fair amount of stress. But knowing that we could reach out to Charlie and the rest of the team made things a lot easier for us, as they were always happy to offer advice and reassurance. After every viewing Harbor went out their way to provide us with feedback, and in the event this wasn’t possible they updated us with that as well as their next plan too. I liked the text confirmation they use for viewings, and I really trusted that they wanted to sell our house for the best price possible. Having used another larger estate agent firm in the past, the experience was completely different and i felt far more valued and reassured as a customer of Harbor. I will recommend them to everyone and am delighted to have worked with them.

We used Harbor to sell our home. We actually found out about Harbor when Jason showed us around another home that they were selling. Straight off the bat you’re made to feel like he is actually interested in the home he is selling.

We put our home on the market with Harbor and within a week it was sold. This was great until 7 weeks before our moving date the buyer pulled out. The stress was a lot but throughout it all Jason was a calm head and the next day it was back on the market. Thankfully we managed to get our home sold very quickly again for what we wanted for it.

Throughout the full process Jason was professional and constantly kept us in the loop with what was happening and I would recommend himself and the team at Harbor to anyone.
