What can i say about MIB! Amazing staff from start to finish, a few hiccups along the way. But Fiona went above and beyond with my application and im very grateful, and Martin of course who kept me fully up to date with policies and requirements. Lyren and Dominic in the office too, brilliant. From one happy client!.

Martin at Mortgage Information Bureau offered a fantastic service. Kept us in the loop with all of our applications and Fiona was excellent in her communication to keep us informed. Couldn’t fault the service. Solid 10/10.

The staff at the Mortgage Information Bureau have been absolutely fantastic from day one, with Martin (and Lauren!) helping me out greatly as a first time buyer by explaining all the processes etc and what they are doing and why, being able to make even someone like myself understand everything! Even when we've hit pitfalls the staff at MIB have been brilliant at finding me alternatives etc. Excellent, transparent service and great communication they have been a great to deal with and I am so glad I was recommended them.

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!!! - We absolutely could not have done it without them.

We were both first time buyers and had no idea what we were doing. We viewed a house at 4pm with a closing date of 12pm the next day. We wanted to make an offer and MIB managed to sorted it for us at very short notice (Try give them some kind of notice but if needs must, they will sort it 😂) Unfortunately, we got out bided and that’s life but MIB were on hand to pick us up (Yes there like councillors as well 🤦‍♂️) We very quickly found a new build and loved it. They found us the best Morgage possible, a cracking deal (I did check this against a comparison site and couldn’t match it)

The whole team are soooooo amazing. They phone on a near weekly basis to check in, answer any questions and are super organised (Anyone that’s previously used MIB will know how good Fiona’s diary system is! There’s an entry for everything 😂)

It didn’t stop there, they even sorted all our insurances out for us. Chasing up insurance providers, doctors reports, and even kept our lawyer on his toes. You name it, they will help sort it.

We will both be forever grateful for what MIB have done for us, a truly 5* service and will be booking back in when our fixed deal ends (I will proberly forget all about it, but I’m sure Fiona will have a diary entry already in to remind me 😍)

If you are looking for a Morgage, then I can honestly say you won’t be disappointed.
