Ross was fantastic to work with when selling our flat in Oatlands this year. He was very down to earth and friendly, and always happy to explain parts of the selling/buying process to us, making it a smooth and simple sell. Harbors marketing was fantastic, with great photos, video tour and floor plan all sorted for us on the same morning as our home report. Ross made it very easy for us to organise this and our viewings at times that it suited us best.
He helped us sell for a price we were very happy with and couldn’t be more grateful for all the help along the way.

Charlie Graves at Harbor property came to see us and from then on we were in safe hands. Every step of the process was handled so efficiently and professionally while still like dealing with a friend.
Great advice and sound judgment made the whole experience a stress free success, sold very quickly for more than expected.

Charlie and his team where outstanding from when they came out for a chat till the end a was actually away on holiday and they did a load of viewings and basically sold it for me when a was away couldn’t recommend them enough plus got like 15k over the home report tip top estate agents

From first contact with Jason he was out within days to look at our house and talk us over how his advertising would help us to get an above market sale, he wasnt wrong!
The video Ross made for us was fantastic and within two hours of it going live they had 10+viewing booked. You also get a text everytime a viewing come in, that was a great touch.

They had our house sold within a week getting us 15k over the home report.

Ill be using them again once my next project is completed and would recomend them to everyone.

Harbor property are absolutely amazing the whole team were fantastic with a personal touch right from the beginning. Charlie hosted our viewings with spectacular knowledge of the local area (Blantyre) he has been a fantastic help throughout the whole selling process. We would definitely use harbour to sell any properties in the future due to the care and attention to detail they put in. Cannot recommend them enough. Their adverts are second to none.. even for buying, the home report, photos, hd video and full details of every property on their website to save you emailing relentless "can I have a copy of the home report". I would highly recommend Charlie and the team at Harbor. I had previously signed up with Purple Bricks to sell my property, but quickly realised that the service they provide was inadequate. I then reached out to Harbor who were much better with communication and even helped me secure my new home, as well as selling my old property. The team are very friendly and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone who wants to confidently sell their home.
