I booked a test at the Victoria Test Centre for the following day and received confirmation and a reminder from Harley Medic. When I arrived the centre was shut and had been for several days. I emailed for a refund 2 weeks ago and have received no reply and no refund.
I was saved by Biogroup who tested so I was able to fly.. 5 stars to Biogroup.

Using Harley Medic for a Saudi Arabian Visa on 2 occasions has been nothing short of brilliant. Simple, fast and excellent communication and knowledge from staff. 100% will use again and can’t recommend highlight enough!

I contacted Harley Medic International for them to assist with applying for business visas for a few of our employees to Saudi Arabia. Michaelle managed the entire the process from start to finish, and I was kept up to date at all times. Michaelle also went above and beyond by giving advice prior to the application which helped us in selecting the most appropriate visa required. The visas were issued quicker than expected, and the service provided was excellent. I would highly recommend their services.

We booked online for our tests for 23/4/22 which needed to be within 24 hours of our flight to USA. On the 22nd at 5pm we received a call to say they had technical issues at our test centre in Bolton and we could either choose a different test centre or have a refund. I then started to look for a different test centre within a reasonable distance, when I received a phone call back to say the issue was sorted and could turn up for our appointments as previously arranged (8am). We arrived at the testing centre to find it all locked up and no way of contacting Harley Medic. There was however a notice for Pharma Key on the same door, along with a telephone number. We rang the number for Pharma Key and Omar answered the phone. When we explained the situation that we had to travel to Heathrow for our flight, he said he would come down, even though he should have been off that day, and sort the test for us. He was there within 15 minutes, did the tests, and within 30 minutes we had received our fit to fly certificates. Therefore 5 stars for Omar and Pharma Key who saved the day for us, one star for Harley Medic

Harley medic International arranged and managed my application for my visa for Saudi Arabia, which can be a challenging and time consuming process. The service they provided was excellent. I was kept up to date at all times throughout my application and received my visa quicker than expected. I have no hesitation in recommending them for their professional and efficient service. I was also able to call on them again over a year after getting my visa for help and advice which they were quick to provide and had all the information i needed. Thank you.

i ordered 2 fit to fly tests for my children,for over the christmass period,i contacted the company to see if they where testing over the christmass period,they said they where and i would have 2 test kits witrhin 48 hours.they never came in time for my ho;iday so i had 2 get 2 more last minute tests from another company which was randox and they where exellent.i asked for a refund but was told it wasnt there problem as it was the couriers problem,the customer service was terrible and i have been fobbed of from the very start,if a company uses a courier service they shold at least check if they arrive on time,it is a terrible service and i will make sure none of my friends use it.
