Super quick and professional!

I was very impressed by the service provided by Andreza at Harley Street Hearing. She took the time to understand my particular hearing problems and my experience as a hearing aid user (my current aids were purchased some time ago from another provider). Having tested my hearing, she concluded that re-setting the parameters on my existing aids would improve their performance, which it has. Andreza also explained quite clearly what she was doing and why, and I got the real sense that she was looking to fine tune the aids to meet my particular needs as opposed to simply using the manufacturer’s standard settings.
While I will replace my current aids in time, I did not feel under any pressure to do so now through HSH. A very good experience and I will certainly use HSH again.

Very professional and welcoming service from initial point of contact till my new Lyrics were installed. The hearing tests were very thorough and much more than just the simple “beep” test. The price of the lyrics was the lowest I’ve seen despite the top quality service.

Warm and welcoming environment. Fiona is a lovely lady, thorough in her assessment and very professional. I received my aids immediately and was talked through the workings of the aid and shown in detail how to use.

It took a while for me to adjust to having a slight hearing loss and eventually made an appt with Harley Hearing. Call it vanity, but the thought of wearing a hearing aid seemed horrific! I wasnt ready just yet.

I eventually made the appointment and met Matt.

What a lovely man. I just wanted to say how wonderful and supportive he has been. Nothing is too much trouble. He is extremely knowledgeable and has guided me all the way. We started with the Lyric but sadly it wasnt working for me. Matt knowing my concerns, has worked with me to try different IIC aids suitable and i am currently trying another.

He is professional, is beyond amazing and i couldn’t have asked to be in better hands. I believe Harley Hearing have a true asset in him.

George is very detailed in terms of explaining the procedures. I can really feel that he is focused on his job. Thank you for reassuring me every time we are doing the tests which I know some of it are odd but you still managed to keep me calm. 👏

Very disappointed by this clinic. I am a wheelchair user and was assured this is an accessible location (2 Harley Street) - it is not. I originally had my appointment booked in their adjacent clinic (9 Harley Street), which they moved when they found out I was disabled. I was told 2 Harley Street was bigger and was the preferred choice for wheelchair users. I decided to go in my transit wheelchair for this appointment, if I had chosen my electric wheelchair (which is one of the smallest models on the market), I would not have been able to attend my appointment. The ramp to enter the building is ridiculously steep and felt unsafe, the lift is tiny and I had to be wedged in and had great difficulty getting out, the lift is also behind big heavy wooden doors, and one of the doors was locked at the top. There was also a step to the clinician’s room and it was a very small place to navigate with a wheelchair. Luckily I am an ambulatory wheelchair user, so I was able to adjust when I didn’t fit in places, but a permanent wheelchair user would not have been able to go ahead with the appointment. The ramp leading up to the building is so steep that most wheelchair users and their companions would not manage, I’m just lucky that I have a very strong partner!

One thing I will say is that the staff were lovely, they were the only positive thing about the whole experience. They already had the ramp set up for me to enter and then to exit the building, they were all friendly and chatty. The appointment itself and the tests went well, and the staff were very helpful. It’s just such a shame the location itself is so inaccessible.

Their other location (which I was turned away from) is much more accessible in my opinion. It’s totally accessible inside, and the steps are a lot less steep leading up to it, meaning a ramp would not feel dangerous. I have no idea why I was swapped to the tiny old building that is “the preferred location for wheelchair users”?!

Another great appointment at Harley Street Hearing. A lovely young man, Jordon, listened and understood any problems I had and gave brilliant advice. Yet again a first class service. Why go anywhere else?
