Such a professional experience from start to finish. Sara is such a credit to the company, very informative and a delight to talk too. Dr Ditta was just amazing! He was so calm and ensured I was comfortable throughout the whole process, his assistants were lovely too (forgot their names sorry!) Im not sure if they made up the conversations they were all having to keep me calm or they were genuine but either way it helped a lot! Initially I googled hundreds of times if the anesthetic needles hurt and if anyone is reading this.. yes they're painful but no way near as I imagined, after the first 10 minutes and the head is numb the worst part is waiting for the day to end. I'd been thinking about having the transplant done since my early 20's and I wish I'd done it sooner, even though im now in the 'ugly duckling'phase and it looks a little shabby shedding, I feel amazing.

The work on my hair has been tremendous, in 6 months my hair is full and I still have 6 months to go! I’m so much more confident and there are barely any marks from where my grafts came from.

I had my FUE hair transplant back in November and so far it has been great. Leading up to the transplant I got to speak with Sara on numerous occasions as well as with Dr. Ditta and both were able to fully explain the process, set my mind at ease and answer any questions I had. The day of the transplant was great, very clean surgery and Dr Ditta and his two assistants (apologies I have forgotten their names) were really great, and while the experience was painful, it was definitely bearable. The doctors were really friendly and very reassuring throughout the whole process. The check ups every 3 months are great, they remember you as a person and makes me feel that bit more cared about and always happy to talk over any concerns you have.

All the questions I had prior surgery were answered honestly by Sara and Dr Ditta and this has continued post surgery! 3 months post hair transplant I am beyond happy with the results, anything here onwards feels like a massive bonus. I was mostly worried about scarring in the donor area, but multiple haircuts in and it is not noticeable at all. I went for my hair transplant 1 year ago yesterday. Absolutely zero regrets. I held off for a few years because I wasn't convinced it would work but then I decided to go for it and now I can't even tell the difference between new and old hair. Had a meeting with the surgeon and she put me at ease. We kept communication throughout the year and helped me make an informed decision. No pushing and was clear about worst case scenarios if more hair recedes after the transplant. Had my receding temples completely filled and my hairline brought down 2cm. Went from a major widows peak to a natural curved hairline and I can happily wear my hair down again without issue. I haven't seen scalp patches for nearly a year now and it's done amazing things for my confidence. Temples had receded up towards the top of my head but now you would never know!
