Poor Quality Not Recommended

Always breaking down.
Strap unravels about twice a year has to be replaced. The motor is very very slow and it puts a strain on it picking up my chair. The rotating arm often breaks where it doesn't stop at the stopping point it keeps turning. And the cover to the motor keeps coming off from the wind it strips out the plastic this happens on this one and it happened on the other one.

My lift for my electric scooter is SO NOISY!! Dealer tried to make an adjustment, by it still rattles and squeaks. Date of purchase- 2022

independent and


I have always been very independent and recently my mobility was threatened. I bought an electric scooter and then had a Harmar boon (crane) installed in the bed of my truck with a remote control. With the scooter sitting on the ground I can lift it into and out of the bed of my truck and go anywhere I want. I refuse to be home bound and Harmar’s product is still going strong.

Dependable lift

I owned Harmar’s AL301XLHD it was on a Chevrolet Silverado I carried a Pride Pursuit XL an extremely heavy scooter for over 8 years and never had an issue, it was a very dependable lift.
