Harmony Holidays Lancashire Tales 5 day tour stayed at the last drop hotel & spa in Bolton. Hotel was lovely and food nice good breakfast choice. Trips included were good espeacily Salmesbury Hall &... ãã£ãšèŠã
I complained to Harmony on 21st October re Irish Dance Extravaganzs Trip. Reply was they would look into it. Sent another email 11th January and still not had a reply. Would not use this company... ãã£ãšèŠã

Lovely London Tour
Just back from the London tour and very enjoyable it was too!
Picked up by taxi on time, coach had a few pickups but soon we were on our way with our cheery bus driver Billy.
The hotel (Hampton by Hilton Royal Park) was brand new, the rooms were well equipped and stylish. Breakfasts were good but dinners could have been better. The hotel did say they were short staffed.
The trips were excellent and entry was included to the London Eye, Kensington Palace and river boat trip. We had a London Guide with us on the coach for two full days. A lot of sightseeing was packed into these two days! On the free day we were dropped off in the centre to do whatever we wanted and picked up late afternoon.
I thought that the tour was very good value and right now is a great time to visit London as it's not packed out with tourists so no huge queues to get in to attractions.

Update on previous review almost 9 weeks since I Sent complaint to harmony "where lack of customer service is taken as standard" ,slight change to their slogan promised refund of taxis on telephone ,still talking to hotel ! ,must be a long conversation .It won't belong before were gone ,new slogan for Harmony ,the only Harmony you should use is the hair spray.!!!

Just back from the taste of Ireland tour and it was a disaster from start till finish.Bus was an hour late picking us up then never stopped for a break till we got on the ferry and some passengers had been on from before 7am.reaching Ireland back on the bus for 4 1/2 hours to get to hotel again no break.tours were terrible the only good place was kilkenny and we never had enough time to see it all.entertainment only one night no guinness or baileys demonstration nothing.will not be recommending harmony to anyone

Just back from Romantic Train journey tour. We had no communication from this company apart from receipt of money and a letter with time of bus departure. We had telephoned a couple of times about itinerary but nothing came. We did not get the Fort William to Mallaig train because of the ongoing rail strike, however no communication from Harmony regarding this. Everyone on this bus trip wanted this train journey and the ones I spoke to would have preferred to do this one instead of the Inverness to Kyle of Lochalsh journey. Harmony did not give us the decision to decide this option, instead they put us to Aviemore for the short Strathspey train, no comparison, they also gave the bus driver the wrong time for the train! luckily everyone came back early or we would have missed it. I emailed the director direct as they do not reply to the other email address on our return but to date no response. Very disappointed with this company and would avoid at all costs.
Customer service - what customer service?
On 4th August my wife emailed a complaint to Harmony Coach Holidays regarding the hotel accommodation in Newquay which was 3rd rate as opposed to 3* as was advertised.
On6th August she received an acknowledgement which stated "our Customer Services will be in contact with you in due course".
On or around 10th she emailed again enquiring "to learn when I might expect to hear from your customer services".
As of today's date,17th August, she still await a reply !!!
Avoid at all costs
After booking holiday I only received a letter to confirm payment, no information to what stand to wait at to collect bus and no itinerary of the holiday. Once on the actual holiday sold as Romantic Scottish Train Journeys, which in my opinion was false advertising as there was more time on the coach than any trains. The hotel that we were booked into called the Craiglynne Hotel in Granton on Sprey was in serious need of a refurbishment, the staff were young and inexperienced and they ran out of lager, beer, vodka on the first night. They closed the bar at 10.30 even though the restrictions had lifted and they could open till 12.00. We travelled every day on the coach up to at least 6 hours a days to get to the destinations that we were booked for and we only ever got 50 minutes in one place. You couldn't relax and enjoy your time anywhere as you had to rush to get back to the coach. On of the journeys on the train we were unable to get on the train and there were not enough carriage's on the train and we had to travel back on the coach and on this particular day we had been on the bus 11 hours. I left the holiday a day early and travelled back home as I felt it was just one thing after another with this company. I have tried to email the company but their email address has closed and my email bounced back!
UPDATE ******
I've now sent 3 emails and I've not had any response! I commented on their FB page and it was deleted and I was blocked! Called them yesterday and received an email to say that they are investigating my claim. That's over 4 weeks and still nothing is resolved.
Still no response after several more calls. I've checked companies house and I see that they changed the name of the company last July from Harmony Coach Holidays to Harmony Couch Tours but its the same director?
