Honestly… Whichever ‘Amazing Company’ thinks using Harri for there recruitment was a Good idea… they’re either taking back handlers to use it or aren’t worth working for… unless website… spent hours updating due to a company forced me to use it… re-login in due to another company & all updates gone… don’t waste your time with support either!

If I can give 0 stars I would! Shockingly bad and unprofessional. STAY AWAY whoever considers Harri.

tried to do a video recording and giving you a limited about of retires and limited amount of time to answer.

Awful! It just doesnt work at any stage! When I tried to get help with it, I got AI generated answers and referred to articles. Super rude. Im going to miss an opportunity because I can't get to it!

Awful, do not use to apply for a job. I've heard but can`t confirm that you get scam calls after putting your information on this stupid website.

Cant delete my profile. Apparantly it contains signed documents for a job I left years ago.

Constantly encountering error messages when attempting to improve profile. It's a very clunky piece of software for what intendeds to be making life simpler for the industry. It has made applying to Fullers that bit harder.

It wont let me do my Work Opportunity Tax Credit program

This is the most frustrating website I have been forced to use. I received an invitation to schedule an interview with an employer through harri, and after following the link and signing in, I find there is nowhere to do this. It doesn't show this application. I emailed support with no response and afterwards I even received a reminder from harri to schedule the interview, when it is impossible for me to do so. This is time-sensitive and will probably cost me the opportunity to interview with this company.

I've tried EVERYTHING to get my profile taken down ...nothing with this company is as it should be. ....no replies to emails can't delete my profile ...

This is the worst website I have used in my entire life. Every time you want access to part it just takes you back to the dashboard it provides no source support and in general the website is awful. I have lost a job opportunity due to this please I don’t understand why employees to leave this website. Avoid this website at all costs.

The site refuses all the emails on the registry process waste of time

Terrible company. I applied for a job where I've had 11 years experience and I've also had 17 years experience elsewhere that I can use. So I should have been the best and only candidate. They rejected me today saying I don't have enough experience. What a stupid, pointless company. Businesses are losing out on great staff because they don't know how to hire properly.

I don't know why employers using them. Worst service. No matter what their website is absolute #+. It's not working.

This site is just totally useless and an unnecessary, tried to contact support but I just got taken back to my profile page, in fact any other page within the site just took me back to my profile. Why do employers use this sh!t. What happened to sending an email? Probably bribes the employers with some discount or gift from somewhere else just to get business. It's a scammy middle man style waste of time.

Not only is this functionally one of the worst applicant tracking systems I've ever used backoffice in my 12.5 year recruitment career, it offers the worst candidate experience.

When our NPS score was in the -30/40's and all the feedback comments were related to system experience, the account managers have the audacity to back the product and claim user fault.

Now we've parted ways with them (thankfully), our old jobs advertised through the platform from 2+ years ago are resurfacing to appear as new jobs on the job boards. Candidates can't apply on these links, but they are contacting us direct to ask about them, but they're not live jobs.

To follow on from this, if a candidate is logged into their Harri portal, they are infact able to apply to old jobs? - Why is our account not fully erased or blocked from association with Harri?

Harri accounts managers and support teams (to no surprise), don't care, don't know, won't look into it, can't/won't help.

I personally think is a scam to fish for candidate data and CV's as a plan to sell their business down the line by promoting they have X number of users in the database. But this is just my personal opinion.

The real people getting hurt here with dissapointment are candidates and job seekers. The very customer audience your ATS platform is (no, SHOULD) be designed to help get jobs via a great application system.

Do better.

Absolutely useless, I've lost jobs because of this website.

I struggle to understand why any reputable employer would ever use this totally useless platform , about as much use to job seekers as an ashtray on a motorbike , basically it's a data mining website , please avoid
