Harrisons Reeve レビュー

Selling our parents home was a sad & emotional journey made much more bearable with the never ending support of Kate which has been absolutely outstanding in every aspect.
From valuation to completion she kept up us all up to date. Not easy when 3 of us were the joint vendors & all miles away from their office.
Jon did a brilliant walk through video which was much appreciated.
If you’re looking for a trustworthy and proactive team to sell your property this is the team to go to.

Very professional, great communication.
Harrisons are a pleasure to deal with, & a cut above the competition. Highly recommended for a hassle free sale.

Harrisons did what they promised. They sold our house, achieved a great price and did all of the chasing, advising and communication within a chain of five properties. I would wholeheartedly recommend the team at Harrisons, in particular, Kate, to undertake the selling of your property.

Thank you for helping to sell my mums house. Very professional.

As soon as we contacted Harrisons regarding a property we wanted to view, they were extremely prompt at replying both online and over the phone. Within a day we managed to get a viewing and had our offer sent over which was thankfully accepted. Harrisons provided us guidance throughout, and are one of the few agents who did our chasing for us which made to process so much more streamlined. We were given regular updates from all of their team, who all knew our circumstances and case progress. An extra special thanks goes from us to Kate, who was so well organised and efficient that it made our purchase seamless. Right up to completion day, Harrisons made our house buying process a pleasure, and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Harrison are one of the best Estate Agents, very efficient and helpful. I could not recommend Kate enough extremely pleasant, very prompt, very thorough and extremely professional. Everyone at Harrison’s were amazing.

Thank you Team for helping me secure my new home !!!

We were originally recommended Harrison’s by family and friends when we sold our property back in 2020, unfortunately the sale did not go through due to the COVID, but based on this experience it made the decision really easy when choosing an estate agent this time.

Jon and his team went above and beyond with our property sale, the service provided was exceptional and they worked tirelessly to get this pushed over the line - constantly liaising with solicitors and other agents.

Thank you to Jon and the whole team for a well managed sale, would highly recommend!

Harrisons dealt with me through being with my buyer and my vendor and they - Kate in particular - were brilliant the whole way along. Always in contact with updates; always well informed when anything happened. I said a while ago that if anyone asked me for a recommendation, I would recommend Harrisons Reeve and now that I've exchanged contracts, I can only emphasise that further. A great professional and very friendly group of people.

Jon and the team have been exceptionally helpful and informative. Kept us up to date with the progress of our house sale. Would recommend and would definitely use again if we considered selling or buying again.

The Harrisons Reeve team have been extremely professional throughout the sale of our property. All of the team go out of their way to listen to clients needs and work hard for them . Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell .

The team at Harrisons Reeve are always very enthusiastic and helpful.
Kate in particular is a powerhouse. She knows the system too well and will get things done accordingly. She will always respond to your emails, call you on the telephone if need be and fight your corner. I highly recommend this firm.

I just exchanged contracts on my sale/purchase and Kate at Harrisons Reeve has been absolutely amazing. She was really proactive, chasing things up, checking in, providing updates immediately. Honestly I couldn't have asked for a better service. There were a couple of hiccups in the chain and Kate was always there to find out what was going on and smooth things over. Plus she's lovely to talk to, which is an absolute bonus! I'd also like to call out Jon, Sonia and Ernie who were always ready to step in if Kate was on her day off. Thank you so much everyone at Harrisons Reeve :-)

I found Harrison Reeve to be excellent in guiding me through the sale of my late brothers property, the advice and information I recieved proved to be spot on and whenever I had a query or moment of self doubt as to the correct course of action they set me on the right course. I would thoroughly recommend them

I put my mother’s bungalow on the market at the end of February. This agent did not give the highest valuation of the agents contacted but it was the closest to an independent valuation by a chartered surveyor. Within a couple of days there were several viewings and a buyer. Unfortunately their chain then collapsed. Harrisons Reeve immediately resumed marketing and another buyer appeared shortly after. Four months on from the original instruction we are at the point of completion, which I am pleased with in these volatile times for house sales. Throughout the whole process communication has been excellent and I have been kept fully informed of developments along the way. Happy to recommend this agent and I would use them again.

I entrusted Harrisons Reeve to sell my property. The property was empty so therefore should have been a relatively quick sale. The sale took over 7 months with me pulling out at the end when the buyer requested monies to be provided after completion. During this time I became the link between Ernie and my solicitor rather than Ernie working with my solicitor. On a couple of occasions Ernie was very curt when I requested information on the sale to the point it came across unprofessional. During the whole process I found Harrisons Reeve to have no interest in meeting the needs of the seller but purely focussed on the buyer and the commission that they would receive on sale. I would never work with Harrisons Reeves in the future - terrible experience.

We use Harrisons to help with management on a tenant find basis and for documentation etc. They found our current tenants who have proved to be as hoped. An issue arose at the time of renewal which was handled promptly, professionally and successfully. We will certainly continue to use them and recommend them to others.

As a first time buyer I feel that I have been well looked after. I have been contacted straight away with updates. I will certainly look to use Harrisons Reeve again when the time comes to move again

Harrisons have been fantastic, supportive and empathetic throughout. Having not had the simplest of chains we have always had the support of our agent easing any stress that has come from the whole process. Would 100% recommend. Special mention to Kate who had dealt with us throughout, 10/10 service!

Great team that helped make the sales process smooth from start to finish. We would highly recommend them.
