Wow! What a breath of fresh air! Debbie (Sales Progressor) at Retirement Home Search was absolutely brilliant and without her help the sale could have fallen through multiple times. Having worked in the industry myself for over 12 years, it's rare you come across a Sales Progressor who actually knows what they are talking about and can communicate effectively across all parties involved! She miraculously got the buyer's solicitor to engage with her during the process (which is no easy thing!) and that helped us immensly when chasing our solicitor. I felt so reassured that we had Debbie on the case and it made me relax (which is impossible) so thanks you for all you help! 5* + for going above and beyond and thinking outside of the box when helping us to resolve some complex issues.

Efficient, helpful service
I was suprised how quickly I got a response after putting in an offer. I was given good advice about getting a conveyancing service to represent me rather than using a solicitors and realistic timeline for completion as leasehold properties are more complicated and require more indepth searches.

Extremely Helpful & Excellent Service
Excellent Service provided by both Rachel Hazell & Laura Fisher at the Hampshire area branch. Rachel had gone out of her way to provide me with a wide set of options to sell the property, to allow me to choose which display photographs on site as priority for online marketing, providing fast and informative replies to any questions or updates. Keeping me regularly updated with any changes, viewings etc. Laura provided me with excellent service with applying offers that were more advantageous to us, applying a deal that suited us in the timescales we needed to sell. Great customer service by the staff at Retirement Homesearch.

As estate agents, Retirement Homesearch are here to match buyers with properties and always take great care to ensure we comply with Consumer Protection Regulations and therefore our property particulars state clearly the length of the lease. Our particulars also make clear that no apparatus, equipment, fittings or services have been tested by ourselves and that we cannot verify that they are in working order. In addition, we always send copies of our particulars to solicitors when sales are agreed, in order that they may discuss further with their clients. I'm sorry to learn that your solicitors did not discuss these issues with you ahead of purchase but do hope that the property is now being enjoyed.

Secured a sale quickly

Professional & friendly company …
Charlotte H was absolutely amazing from the start, keeping in regular weekly contact. Charlotte was professional and friendly throughout making the sale of our parents property as easy as possible.
Charlotte P then took over and delivered the same professional and friendly attitude until the sale was completed.

Using Retirement Homesearch made all the difference!
We were really struggling to sell my late mother's sheltered flat through a high street estate agent chain. A couple of viewings and no offers. Using Retirement Homesearch made all the difference. We had a buyer within a month or so and completed three months later. It is an excellent and affordable service for these kinds of specialist properties.
