Poor customer service
Tried to return shoes (with receipt) that I bought in mid-October 2022 (less than 3 months ago) because the rubber sole is peeling off near the right heel. The store employee said,"that's normal wear and tear." The shoes cost $238 and while I expect and accept the idea of wear and tear, having this problem with shoes that are almost new is unacceptable. The Harry's employee blamed it on the manufacturer, which I found to be very unprofessional. She refused to take the shoes back for exchange, refund or store credit, and said I should complain to the distributor or manufacturer myself. I told her that I was unhappy with this, but she was unmoved. The store should take this up with the distributor or manufacturer. Come on, Harry's, I paid you good money for the shoes - you need to work on your customer service. Very disappointed!
